Good morning Christy! It’s Lauren, Mom of 6, 30 minutes north of Houston! I was born in more “downtown “ Houston, about 5 minutes from NRG, family moved to Spring when I was in 1st grade. Went to private and public school, but moved to our area in 1990, when we bought our home. Still in that same home 😃 but I DO prefer country life! Thank you for another awesome video, I love ya tons! God bless you and your family, have a warm and safe week! Great Texans 🏈 win Saturday! ❤️💙🙏🏻😍
Hi Christy! I grew up in the country, so I prefer the country. I like quiet, and nature, stuff like that. I do visit the city, but I always look forward to going back to the country or suburbs for that matter because it’s just more peaceful to me. Awesome declutter motivation! 🧽🧹🧼🧺 🏠
I would pick city. I grew up in DC and museums and art was really cool. Plus its nice to be able to walk to the corner store or library or restaurant. Plus with little kids its nice to live near friends.
For sure country. We are building a home in another state, country. I was raised in the country and now have lived in California for many years. It is a concrete jungle. I can’t wait to move this summer❤
New subscriber ❤ I bet you were tried after this! Great organizing motivation. And to answer your question i think I would enjoy living in the country more. The city is great for kid activities but the thought of no traffic sounds amazing!
@@amycastro5447 Hello 👋🏻 Thanks for subscribing. Girl, I was exhausted! This took almost the entire day and way more energy than I thought, but I had a plan and once I got started I didn’t want to stop until it was finished.
Hi Christy! I prefer non city living. I live in a suburb, neighborhood setting about 20 miles from the city. I also grew up in this setting as well. I’m really looking forward to your declutterring series! 😊
Hi I'm new here. Currently we live by DFW Airport in Texas as well. Once my husband retires we're planning on moving to a slower paced life in Minot, North Dekota. We have no family or anything there, we just enjoy the peace of what the area brings. I so love your home and look forward forward to more de-cluttering video's.
@@bridgetwallace9892 Hey there!! Since you’re in Dallas, I bet you got all that snow yesterday ❄️ From all the videos and pictures I’ve seen, it looked like a winter wonderland! A slower paced life sounds amazing! Thanks for saying hi!
Looking forward to the next decluttering. Always gives me ideas and some new ways to stash things. I live about 30 minutes outside of Nashville, TN and I prefer to stay just enough away to not be in the chaos and traffic. Also, I don't know if this could be an option because you are obviously a busy mom to younger kids so I'm sure your evenings are crazy, but you could video some of your cooking/dinner ideas. We are about to get the snow that you guys just went through!
@@karenbly3829 Hey there! I’m sure it’s beautiful where you live ❤️ Yes, I’m hoping to incorporate more recipes and cooking into my videos this year. Hi! New here! I live about two hours from OKC. We have lived in a suburb of OKC, kind of in the country, so I have also lived in both. I LOVE the small town we live in now, it’s about 1700 people. But…..my daughter has softball practice in the city, twice a week. We also miss shopping and restaurants. I am hoping to move a bit closer in the next year or so. Still small town, just not as rural, ❤

Good morning Christy! It’s Lauren! So happy to see your video this morning, need some extra motivation today! We are up in the Kingwood/Atascocita area, so just north of Houston, as you know, lol! Born in Houston but raised in Spring. We are in our same home we bought in 1990, we were young…I was barely 20, husband 25. I prefer country, but it does seem the city/country thing has stretched over the years. Cleaning schedule, garage clean out, grocery hauls, food recipes, those are some good ideas. You did an awesome job, as usual! Love ya, stay warm! HUGS to you, God bless you and your family! 🤍❤️🙏🏻🥰

i’m new here, but thought i’d say hi and answer your question…. i’ve lived in the city all my life, not a huge city, but in ohio. but my dream would to live in a big farmhouse in the country. it would be different and i think more of a calmer lifestyle as the cities are too busy and crowded. my 3 kids are grown, and i have 4 grandchildren, maybe one day, i can live that life.
