Never tried or been told this method of testing controllers, always been told to disconnect cables & check for stabilised Resistance by putting probes one on pos the other on the phases, then try probe on the neg & other on phases, meter reading might increase one way then swap probes from pos to phases, this will be a stabilised reading or vice versa, any reading not similar points to the controller faulty, got to say if your way works, it’s a lot easier & quicker at diagnosing fault on the controllers 👍

@@RTFIX will do, subscribed, what I will say is been in the industry over 35 years, & the modern inverter controllers even out diagnostic tests no matter what brand of machine or controller, 👍

Not to sure about year but I think it was 2019.
