Gdańsk has gone through lots of changes over time. In the past, people from different countries and cultures - including Germany and Poland - lived there. Today, it's a busy, exciting city that takes good care of its old buildings and remembers all the different people who used to live there. Instead of just thinking about "the good old days," we should be happy that Poland and Germany are now friends, and that European countries work together. Even though Gdańsk had some hard times in its past, the city shows us that good things can come after difficult times. 😊
