no. it would realistically make no sense for russia to take it, since russian culture is practically extinct there. alaska is culturally much more similar to canada which is why they'd become part of canada. russia really gave up their claim after they sold it, so i'm not sure if they would want to take it, especially with the resistance they'd face. also, you're confused about koenigsberg/kaliningrad. the city was always german, and the reason the soviets got it was out of blatant imperialism really. overall i don't think the russians would have as much sway over the world (especially after it fully mobilized) to realize any claim they had on alaska, and that's even if they try for it

@user-dable_bust3107 He has a point in that linguistically and culturally it would be easier for us Canadians to govern. Russia knows the importance of that given what happened with the Warsaw Pact.
That said, I do think Russia could be rewarded here with resource and basing rights in Alaska. Would be in the interest of the arctic countries to work together.
@@nolan3312 Yes, koenigsberg was 100% German, as it was literally where modern Germany formed (Prussia), they had no real reason to get it, but still did because it was right at their border and they wanted to secure some German lands for themselves correctly, this is why I believe they’d still want Alaska. Also it doesn’t matter if Russian culture is gone there, they’ll just deport everyone to somewhere else and put Russians in their place, just like they did for Kaliningrad.

Although I find it highly unlikely that the naval invasions of Alaska and the Yucatan peninsula go successfully, otherwise this is pretty realistic. Also, I find it very unlikely that any advances are made during the nuclear winter. Good video, however!

What baffled me the most was South American forces pushing right past Panama like it was nothing. Realistically you would have such a massive advantage simply holding that canal alone- it doesn't matter if it stands or is blown apart, I believe it would have been a remarkably difficult feat

Even if the U.S went up against the world it would still take a long time for the U.S to fall mostly because it has the largest military and some of the most advanced weapons of warfare.

If this were a movie, it'd be the saddest, biggest movie of all time.
It’s also hilarious that there would be troops left over to continue the fight against the U.S. after a nuclear first strike. 1) The US has enough nuclear weapons to end the world several times over. 2) If the US really did strike first, it would have struck all enemy nuclear stockpiles first, highly limiting any nuclear response. Also, a nuclear retaliation would be highly limited due to the lack of maintenance Russian and Chinese nuclear weapons receive. If given a first strike, the US would have a huge advantage in a nuclear war. The only countries that could legitimately respond with nuclear weapons in this case are Britain and France, and their stockpiles are very limited, allowing US air defenses more of an opportunity to shoot them down.

The nuclear weapons in the US arsenal wouldn't be anywhere near enough to end the world, nor would the combined nuclear arsenals of all the world's nations. There'd probably be a climate disaster, famine, tons of major cities would be destroyed and the devastation would be immeasurable but every powerful nation, including the US, has taken massive steps to ensure they're still militarily capable after a nuclear attack. If the US fired all its warheads at Russia even in the peak Cold War when they had many times more nuclear weapons than they do today, it'd still be capable enough to attack the US albeit weakened a lot, however the US would suffer the same issue when the warheads hit American soil.
In this scenario it's not just Russia but the entire world and all their cities and warheads, plus the US arsenal is much more limited in comparison to 50 years ago. The US can't wipe out enough military personnel and installations to prevent an invasion if their targets are literally every military in the entire world outside North America. Also the other nations have their own highly advanced air defences and early detection systems (though the US is probably the most ready for a potential nuclear strike) so I doubt a retaliatory response would be limited much, if at all.

Your username sounds Lithuanian, you must imagine a situation where you would rather fight with Russia than the US. That would be the unrealistic part. Beating the US after that though, with literally the whole world against them, would be easy.
The USA might be quite a strong country but you do know that every other country is not fully mobilized, like even Russia isn't fully mobilized.
If China were to fully mobilize in about 10 years, they'd be 2x stronger than a fully mobilized America. This is due to the sheer workforce and land for factories that China has compared to America.

How the usa actually conquered countries despite the giant war against everyone (my theories)
The Armies of the world needed to get to Canada, and travel takes time. So the USA could go through Canada with minimal resistance. Canada didn't want people to die. So they surrendered, decreasing the time needed for the invasion.
Mexico was weakened by bombings.
The usa had a more powerful army in this simulation than in real life, and the world had less countries fighting for it, while the USA had more land, so it could invade the carribean. Central America had been destroyed by attack helicopters.
Greenland is useless, so it was instantly given up.
Let me remind you that the USA is a superpower. Of course, the USA could invade so many countries as in the video. But when all the countries in the world are in alliance, the USA would lose.

What I would really think would happen is that an attrition war would break out. The USA wouldn't have the resources to maintain the occupation of Mexico and Canada both at once. The world directly invading the USA wouldn't also go that well, and it would be a very risky move.

Equipment isn't everything. Strategy is also important.
Also, when they were pushed, there was no equality in military power. By the way, instead of constantly updating the inventory, I updated it a few times. This means weapons produced in the elapsed time.
What happened is that the us surprised every and is the strongest nation in the world, it would obviously not be the case once the whole world is fighting them, but America is still the strongest nation, though once other nations began to outweigh the American economy, and start building up their military, the us lost.
there is just 2 main inconsistencies, canada army would not fall that quick by any means, and us cant invade mexico like it did from the west, that zone of mexico its a gogistical nightmare all mountens and verry deep zones taht would not allow the us to take that route, it can invade the coast with ships and take veracruz to attempt to take a shortcut threw puebla to mexico city but that other route its imposible, also they could not sustain 2 fronts that large like that, and its not because they dont have the tech but rather because the rea its extremely large and the army personel would not be sufficient
