Sorry for the delay in getting back to the comments🫠🫶🏼 (I’ve put together a simple recipe for the two lunch menus featured in this video, and I hope you find it helpful!) For the Bang Bang Chicken: Make cuts on the 2 chicken breast and rub with seasoning: 1 tsp each of salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, and onion powder. Brush with banging sauce: 3 tbsp each of mayo, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. Bake in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy with rice or your favorite veggies! For the Homemade Instant Noodles: Prepare vermicelli, cubed tofu, and vegetables of your choice (I used carrots and scallions). For the sauce, mix 1 tbsp each of gochujang, soy sauce, chicken stock powder, and onion powder, with a bit of pepper and sesame oil to taste. Pour hot water over the ingredients and microwave for about 2 minutes! 😊🍽️
