I have a 2000 year slk 230 with a battery drain I found one fuse with a drain of 530 M/amp I found that the air pump was a big part of the problem like 250 m amp's the one fuse is now at 20mA but I still have a drain from the battery to the alternator of 250mA I did a diode test and had 814 m/volts and 415 m/volts AC at the alternator. I think the battery is finding a path to ground through a diode any help is appreciated.

if your battery is draining through the positive diodes you should also experience poor charging because it takes a faulty diode for the battery positive to drain through the alternator. is charging an issue too?. Is this a good battery we're talking about Salah? 250 is a big draw. Does the draw disappear when you pull out the fuse.
check the wiring for a short. Make sure you check the glovebox light the boot light these give problems.
