Auridon has such a vibe of a 'lived in' city. Loved the Hill outside the stadium. (And Few Castle is the perfect name for the castle build. Good choice!)
You could use some food trucks outside the baseball stadium with the big screen. Also let's name the baseball team Auridon Steamers 🚂 . And thus the area around it Steamers park. The stadium is near is the historical railyard and thus had a lot of steam surounding it. The owner of the baseball team was also the boss of the factory 🏭.
Truly a stunning build FewC - your use of quays to level out the terrain is an amazing idea!!! And i was able to make a premier by yourself so winner winner! Great episode 💙 ohhh and henman hill!!!! Wow 🤣🤣👌
Those two builds fit into the city perfectly, as if they've always been there and a grand city architect had envisioned this 240 years ago already 😉 The large metro building works really well at the stadium, that's exactly what one would expect there something a little grander than just a stair down into underground. I have to keep the key-tricks in mind for harsh terrain, it looks so much more realistic exactly what would happen.
The baseball stadium area reminds me a lot of the Fenway area in Boston. Lansdowne St runs next to Fenway Stadium and has a bunch of bars and clubs on it, and they block it off during games so it basically becomes a pedestrian road. And it's also backed right up against a sunken section of the main highway, a lot like the train line here in Auridon, so your commentary about it being old and then the highways got built around it seemed particularly apt. (I had to wait in line for a concert at the House of Blues once and the queue literally ran right down along the highway into some sketchy alleyways, super loud and a terrible view but totally worth it. 🤣) Interestingly, the office section of the episode reminded me of Downtown Crossing, also in Boston. It all made my little Bostonian heart quite happy. Anyway, fantastic build. Now on to the next! (Catch-up binges are the best.)
I love looking out for "Michael Scott Paper Scott" when you're zooming round the city - it will be one of those names that in years time will have legends written about how it ended up with such a strange name, when in reality it was a genuine typo! 😂
I’d just jumped into bed when the notification came up that this episode was ready to watch, which has been a great way to end my evening. Was very exciting to see you’ve chosen my name suggestion for the new mansion area too, it gave me a big smile, thank you. The city is looking absolutely amazing and I’m really enjoying the new pedestrian areas ❤
Such a delightful and gorgeous build!! I love the new mini pops in height outside of the main downtown, that looks incredible! Also love the lore behind the baseball park, that was cute little story! Gutted I missed being part of the premiere but I loved watching it back once I got home. Truly stunning city, Few, and to think this is your first YT series...wow! I don't want Auridon to end but I can't wait to see what you come up with for your next series, once you get to that point. Always an inspiration to watch you build!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! 💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗
17:36 at the very bottom is an Italian flag, maybe you could spend some time re-doing the flags on some buildings, aswell as adding them on large buildings (the tops and entrances) to really show that it is in Auridon.
Good morning Queen Few Candy, the great detailer, or at least it's morning here in the States. I love this build. Very unique and definitely it fits well in Auridon. One small suggestion. On the key wall that was used to fix up the wonky terrain in the business park, would be to place a mural or some sort of graffiti on the wall. With all that said, hope you're having a wonderful day and looking forward to your live stream.
Another suggestion - on the quay walls surrounding the sunken train line, consider having some pedestrian bridges. And maybe murals on them to make the back of the baseball stadium and new office areas more visually interesting.
It's always difficult ! I usually use a 9 cell block park, zone it as a park or build a perimeter ! That way I have four cells on each side & at least a path ... capability! Because I can't build a road I need 1 more cell! & lastly add a high rise ban in that 9 by 520$ city block! :)
It would be awesome to get a 1st person tour of the downtown area, bus or car tour, sometime soon. Also, possibly a residential growth episode. 88k for a downtown that sized seem interesting.
There is a policy that you can click on that increases tourist connections. I think that will really put even more tourist in the city for the amazing looking of so many people walking around the city and your tour rides.
Hello, I really enjoyed your videos. I wanted to ask and ask to make a video about mods, what kind of mods do you use and how to use them. Thank you. Keep up the good work.
Auridon is one of those series I hope just never ends. Ever. Ok?
Haha! Thanks Kyle! We've got a while to go yet! 😊
I concur.
Auridon has such a vibe of a 'lived in' city. Loved the Hill outside the stadium. (And Few Castle is the perfect name for the castle build. Good choice!)
Thank you! 😄
I hope the baseball stadium has some good netting to stop any home runs being knocked into the canal
Filled in those empty spots nicely. It all looks so life-like. Great work FC!
I love the amount of thought and care you put into all the details of Auridon. You are clearly very observant of your surroundings. Very impressed!
Thank you so much! ❤️
So gorgeous! Love all your builds, Few. Just amazing how good Auridon looks now she's all grown up!
Thank you Lauren!

Love the name! Thank you
It took me all day of watching on and off to finally get the whole episode down! This looks amazing! The quays are to die for and looks so good!!
Thank you Heather!

Cant wait to see what special thing you’ve planned out for that big open space left there. That space is perfect for the park of all parks park.

Ahh that’s really cool to have similarities! Glad you are enjoying the binge 😊

😂😂 I edited back to factory and corrected the spelling of Michael, (what was I thinking! 😂🙈) but I might have to edit it back now if it’s lore!
I think the office park could use some commercial like restaurants, there is only food trucks where people can get lunch

Thank you for the suggestion Bree!! ❤
Another brilliant build, well done Few. The premier was really enjoyable.

Thank you so much Jen ☺
The area around the baseball stadium reminds me of The Forks in Winnipeg
Another great build Few... watched it twice!
Thanks for the extra view time ER!! Glad you enjoyed it! 😄

Thank you! ❤
As always, a wonderful job, but it seems to me that there were few parking space around the stadium this time.
Really nice city and video, congrats!!!!
Thank you!
The first area gave me La Défense vibes 🥰
Truly a pro Few Candy. 👏👏
Thank you!
City is shining bright! 🌆

OOO yes very good shout! Will try that!
Magically ‼this ❤❤❤❤❤
You could drop a easy video of the tourist ride around your city. With this could bring in even more people t enjoy content

Thank you! That's certainly an idea I can explore 😄
It's called city skylines for a reason...
Choose your map, respect topography &
Building height hierarchy!
& lastly
"Have fun"
!
Always like your builds!
:)
Thanks for sharing!
Always have fun! And thanks for watching!
omg you have a racetrack?
Yes! Built it a few months back now 😄
Do you have a video on how to make one?
That was the German flag, not the French one 🥲
It shows the German flag in the picture on BOB but definitely the French flag on the building!
@@fewcandy oh I'm sorry and blind apparently 😅 great episode btw!
@@RunmanLP No worries and thank you! I had to go back and check it myself! 😂
Another excellent build
