JanusHoW Well consider this. Scald has a “30% chance to burn” and it burns my Pokemon 100% of the time. Focus Blast has 30% chance to miss so therefore it has the same chance to miss as scald has to burn and thus will miss 100% of the time. You cannot argue with such flawless logic

G7 OU viability for offense pokemon is entirely revolved around how well you deal with Toxapex... if you can deal with that you can probably deal with everything else

Like with Genesect, I never got Black 2/White 2, to see what Keldeo was all about. But may as well keep this going with seeing how good the other Swords Of Justices were in the future.
I was so afraid of Keldeo dropping down to UU this gen but thankfully he is actually very fair in the current state of UU, A little overwhelming at times but with careful prediction and the right pokemon it's easy enough to manage, Not to mention it's a fair pokemon, If anything the real pain in the ass in the tier would be crap along the lines of shell smash Cloyster.
It's too bad Keldeo never made real use of Air Slash, a new move it gained in Generation 8. Water and Flying together is a hugely underrated offensive pair if you ask me. It's basically the classic Water and Ice combo without the obvious flaw of Water resisting both. I'm still waiting for a good Water/Flying type with an Electric blocking ability.

It learns Stone Edge, Megahorn, Superpower, and Liquidation, but for special coverage, you’ve got Air Slash and Icy Wind. That’s it. Seriously would it kill Game Freak to give it something like Earth Power, Weather Ball, Freeze-Dry, or fitting with its Pokédex entries, Tri Attack or Stored Power? Also, which form is your favorite? I’ve always preferred the Resolute Form myself.
I wanna clarify, players can’t choose the form depending on which Keldeo they want to use, they have to choose whether they wanna use secret sword and essentially have it chosen for them, also the base Keldeo isn’t any better since that will also telegraph that you don’t have secret sword, which if anything is more useful information than that you do

I was so afraid of Keldeo dropping down to UU this gen but thankfully he is actually very fair in the current state of UU, A little overwhelming at times but with careful prediction and the right pokemon it's easy enough to manage, Not to mention it's a fair pokemon, If anything the real pain in the ass in the tier would be crap along the lines of shell smash Cloyster.

It's too bad Keldeo never made real use of Air Slash, a new move it gained in Generation 8. Water and Flying together is a hugely underrated offensive pair if you ask me. It's basically the classic Water and Ice combo without the obvious flaw of Water resisting both.
I'm still waiting for a good Water/Flying type with an Electric blocking ability.

Keldeo: The pokemon equivalent of a shounen protag, complete with 3 season, and the classic third season of growing older, dropped down rank, and find it standing again.

It’s always bothered me how shallow _(Get it?)_ this Pokémon’s special learnset is. It learns Stone Edge, Megahorn, Superpower, and Liquidation, but for special coverage, you’ve got Air Slash and Icy Wind. That’s it. Seriously would it kill Game Freak to give it something like Earth Power, Weather Ball, Freeze-Dry, or fitting with its Pokédex entries, Tri Attack or Stored Power?
Also, which form is your favorite? I’ve always preferred the Resolute Form myself.

I wanna clarify, players can’t choose the form depending on which Keldeo they want to use, they have to choose whether they wanna use secret sword and essentially have it chosen for them, also the base Keldeo isn’t any better since that will also telegraph that you don’t have secret sword, which if anything is more useful information than that you do
