I wish this show went deeper. 🤣 I want hour specials where Karamo does private, group therapy sessions with the guests so we can understand them a little better. However, I do believe he does the best he can job addressing their problems and relating without exploiting them (beyond the whole tv show thing)

Yes, he was correct but that was not the time to drive it home. Jericho had just 'lost' his father. He didn't need to 'lose' his mum as well. Even though she lied to him, and had probably truly 'walked the streets', she still raised him to be a fine young man. She's put that life behind her because the boy would know if she hadn't. And once you tell a lie, it's hard to admit it. Not excusing her in any way - she knew she was lying when she did. But that boy needs to have a relationship with at least one of his parents; the chances of finding his father are slim. Alienating him from his mother as well is not in his interest.

As a fraternal twin I can say this is common among identical twins. I have identical twin sisters who act like this and it very disheartening that they can’t just be happy for one another there’s always a competition. One of them always expects her twin to cover her in any way and if she doesn’t there is a problem.

My sister and I are identical twins. We've always been close, she's my best friend. I've never understood how twins could be in competition with each other.
I really think this depends on the parents themselves. Some parents don’t seem to let their children grow naturally, instead they constantly push the twins together. And when ONE twin ends up wanting to do something different, the parents or the other twin end up fighting it. Usually from what I see, this is a bigger issue in American twins where individuality is praised (and one or both twins might want this sort of praise). Might be a smaller, not absent, issue elsewhere in the world. But this is only my speculation. I have no clue. But the psychology behind it can be interesting
