Brother i have installed minda dual trumpet horn in wagonr 2023 which comes with single horn. The shopkeeper installed the both horn in company stock wiring without relay.. So is it safe.. Or i need separate wiring and relay to run safe?

No. Genuine Horn set don't have that much load. Even if somehow overloading will happen the fuse will blow first and in that case you have to use a relay.

Yes you can add low tone to complete the set. Car accessories shop will help you in second horn installation without cutting original wire. No relay needed

Hella Chrome Trumpet horns are water proof but keep horn opening downward to prevent water entrance. Relay not required.

Seems to be a wiring issue
Whenever use dual horn in company fitted single horn cars. Always use with relay. Because in car wiring connections from battery to horn is a long route and it causes voltage drops.

Shopkeeper doesn't use relay and directly applied both the horns .. so will it affect or not .. should I use relay now or leave it as it is .. one thing more as the location of the horn is in front of the radiator .. so how we should wash the car ... It's okay relay not required.
Horns are waterproof only thing you have to keep in mind while installing is to keep opening downwards so that water don't enter in horn.

Relay यूज करने से वायरिंग और फ्यूज safe रहेगा। Heavy power horn यूज करने से बैटरी पे फर्क पड़ता है।

Function of relay is operate a high power circuit with low power switch.
You can go without relay. Fuse is always there to protect wiring.

Car me horn lagate time sirf relay es leye lagayi jati hai.. jisse horn ko direct battery se connect hone pr high power milti hai... likin jab car me ander se button dabaya jata hai to relay ON ho jati hao or vo battery se aa rahi power ko age direct bhej deti hai.. normal basic use only for switching.. agar hum direct car ki manufacturing wire se ye high power k shell horn jodh denge to vo shayad itne ache se na baj paye.. or shayad koi fuse udh jaye car ka.. es leye relay ko switch ki tarha car me use Kiya jata hai...
