I own Grand i10 which has a single disc horn as OEM. So if i plan to install dual horns, do i need to install relay, not for loudness, but for the sake of not overloading the battery?
No. Genuine Horn set don't have that much load. Even if somehow overloading will happen the fuse will blow first and in that case you have to use a relay.

Hella Chrome Trumpet horns are water proof but keep horn opening downward to prevent water entrance. Relay not required.

Horns are waterproof only thing you have to keep in mind while installing is to keep opening downwards so that water don't enter in horn.

Purpose of relay is to bypass the stock wiring and provide full current directly from the battery. It's better to install a relay in case you are replacing a single-horn setup with a dual horn.
Yes, dual horn would work with the same volume even without a relay as in video, but its better to get a relay if you are putting extra load on the stock wiring and fuse.

Whenever use dual horn in company fitted single horn cars. Always use with relay. Because in car wiring connections from battery to horn is a long route and it causes voltage drops.

Brother i installed two d95 horn in my classic 350 but when throttle is less and headlight is ON the sound drops but if i increase throttle the sound goes to normal. I have not installed relay there do i need to?
