This guy sounds like Al Jarreau.
He seems to have a lot more dialogue than the other store owners.
Yeah. Recently I heard him comment on the passing of Thomas Downes.
In all my 6 playthrough l visited this guy 3 to 4 times lol

No serious plans until they get more tools.
@@Petkoholic I just want those rumors of mods for Gta 5 on console to come to fruition, and then come to Red Dead 2 on consoles too. Something like Skyrim, we on the console can simply buy or download the mod we want to improve our game.
