I just don't see any other group who can surpass what EXO has to offer.
Just so you know, it's not just EXO, but almost all of SM's concerts are set up this way with a different theme or style for each set of the concert. Just take a look at SHINee or Super Junior concerts for example and you will see this same thing. EXO is just following an already tried and true format that started with SM's second gen group concerts. But you're right, it's what makes EXO's and SM's concerts special and gives it a really fun element because you get a little of everything. Believe me, EXO learned it all from Super Junior and SHINee, etc. ;)
The ear buds is shaped by taking a mold of the person ear so that its sit perfectly in their ear without any sound leakage.there is some vid u can watch how they take the mold of the ear to make the in ear monitor. Plus the sound they hear is not the same as what the audience hear. They will hear all the countdown and the beats for the song without delay and they also hear their own voice clearly usinb the in ear monitor. Thatswhy sometimes some of the group member will take it out when someone is doing the highnote bcoz its too loud in their ear. It also help them sing in tune n not out of key. It help them harmonize better if they can hear their voice n other member voice in the sea of thousand people screaming n siinging Sometimes, the instruction n countdown from back stage also come from the earmonitor, like when they takes the lift or the cart to up or around the stage, the team behind the stage will countdown so that there is no delay in movement of the artist on stage to get the show going. Basically,in ear monitor is a crucial part of any performance During the talk session, they usually take it off so that they can hear the audience reaction.
The reason why the EXO members are dressed like elves or gnomes will make more sense if you look up the "Lucky VCR" clip, ruclips.net/video/ZMk_PTOAh9I/видео.html, which was played right before this set of songs. Usually when you see them wearing special outfits like this, that means there was a VCR video with a whole storyline that was played right before they came out on stage that sets up the theme for that section of the concert.
My understanding is that artists tend to rely on the ear monitors, precisely because of the delay/reverb/etc that would come from the speakers throwing them off. They are much more professional quality than typical ear buds.
Also fun fact, Chanyeol was one of the writers of Heaven! ❤ And yeah, Suho on stage is a very happy Suho ❤❤❤❤ He loves performing and he loves his EXO-Ls and that saranghaja sprite is strong!!!
You cant tell me this is not the best looking group in the world. The face card of each member is insane. They are so freaking beautiful even in dorky little elf costumes… i mean who looks good in those? Only Exo
What I love about EXOs concerts is that they have set where they are all badass, then all cute and childish and also all sexy haha you have everything!!!! I got the luck to see them live when they came to Mexico and it was awesome!!!! Hope they have a world tour and go to UK too!!!

the thing about growing up listening to exo is that whenever i hear other groups sing live, i tend to compare their vocals with them. exo has raised my standards so high in that way. i understand that it wasn't easy to dance and sing at the same time bc even I can't do that lol. BUT the thing is, exo makes it look like a piece of cake, while being able to sound so easy and pleasant to the ears. Their vocals and musicality is on another level. I could only count on one hand the times I've heard them sing out of tune and it doesn't even sound very bad tbh 😭. much much respect to their craft and talent. up to this day, the members still attend vocal lessons and continues to learn ways on how to improve as a performer. i have never encountered such a group in my life, i'm so thankful i found them and i got to witness their growth over time.
My regret (but not really) is that my first KPOP group was EXO. They broke me for everything else. Even after 10+ years of being an EXO-L I cannot listen to anyone else but them in Kpop. They are truly legendary and unique and I love them with all my soul.
This combo of songs and this live itself brings back so many memories and emotions ❤❤❤❤ 3.6.5 is one of THE songs for me, it’s been a part of so many moments of my high school life! 🥺🥰❤️
