Do you have to have a certain lease term for the banks to consider you? Like does it have to be 6 months or longer… or can i do a 3 month lease ?

Just found your channel this morning, I plan to do this exact method starting sometime next year. I know you said you’ll get credited for the car after you finish payments but will you get credited for the whole car or just your portion that was paid?
Your portion you have so if you had 19 months left on that loan you will be credited for that 💯💯💯💯💯

Lets say theres 6 months left on the loan. Does it give you the full payment history prior to to you having the car or do they only report the 6 months you was paying for the lease?
You will get credit for the months you have left on the lease💯💯💯
So if that vehicle monthly payment was 500$ and the remaining months till the lease was finished is 6, it would only show 3k on your profile?

@@namzito22 autoloans > installment loans > credit cards > au's . They all help but that's the hierchy. If you don't have any auto loans make up for it with installment loans. Keep in mind you won't be able to jump straight into a $50k with 0 down if you do not have comparable installment loan credit.

Depends on if you are buying or leasing 💯💯💯💯
From what I understand. They give you the option to buy it after the lease is over. (For a price) (that price is what they deem the cars worth to be at the time)
you don’t just finish paying off the lease and then you own it.. no.. those payments were only for the lease payment plan of the vehicle
not for the vehicles final selling price..
So they give you that option but then the only other option would be to return the vehicle.
But if we’re talking about building comparable car credit, then it’s a win win situation, because now you have a auto loan trade line reporting to your credit profile, aka (40k) trade line
That will stay on your profile for the better of 10+ years
Shawn mentioned that you’d only get a-credited the months that you paid the vehicles lease
