I have a question...I got to the "No Command" screen and tried power+volume up; nothing. Then again but with volume down; nothing. Lastly, I tried power+both volume keys; nothing still. I left the phone sitting with the no command screen up and a few minutes passed before the screen changed to the startup sequence and eventually stopped at the PIN entry point. What are some alternative steps I may try to successfully hard reset my Moto phone?

Late to the party but hold the power button and only let go of the volume button on tht no command screen

How do I get it last the blue screen with the M? I'm able to select Recovery Mode, but then it just goes to a flashing blue screen ? I'm not able to get to the next screen where it says Factory Reset n then confirm n reboot? *My son was messing with his cellphone. Ugh. 🤷
