On the heels of all of the begging I did, I finally went NC. 34 days later, I reached out to her to say “Hey, how have you been?” To my surprise, she texts me back elated to have heard from me. The NUMBER 1 thing that helped me was EXERCISE. Number 2 were watching these videos to motivate me. He contacted me and apologized 🙄 and I DIDNT take him back. I slowly lost interest during no contact.

Just got 2 months. For anyone who is in earlier days- it does get easier. I'm running a lot. My mind races about her on my runs and then I move on to other distractions and passions.
Running helps me too! I don't what it is about that - perhaps it's the natural endorphins plus being a repetitive activity where we get time to think and be alone. Jogging is seriously the best for any stressful problems in life.
Keep going sweetie. It works. Believe me in time things will get better. I know from personal experience. She will contact you. Trust the process. Use this time to create a better you. But you must do it!!! It works!!
The last two months everytime I'm sad I went to the gym went from 44 to 38 waist almost a 36 and worked on me instead of crying and being isolated it gets easier

I could not agree more. The only way to recover is to let yourself feel whatever you are feeling in this very moment. Distracting yourself seems quite nice, but those emotions do not go anywhere. Let yourself feel the pain, feel the remorse and never be ashamed of it, because you are human and you have feelings. And take advice from me, I was devastated, I lost 17 kilos in a month, could not sleep, could not work, nothing. It gets better. No contact is for you! And you will be better. During that time you should build yourself, become the person YOU WOULD NEVER SAY NO TO DATE. Stay strong, you are capable of it, I know.
Success!! No contact does work. Hard as hell. But worth it in so many ways. Especially in the “bettering yourself” category. It definitely changes their perspective to see you’re able to change and not sit and blame them. 2 months and more grey hair. But tough it out. Definitely worth the fight.
Im on day 10 .there are times he just appears on mind and it hurts me so bad but as time pass it's getting easier and im learning so much knowing that this is the time for myself and set aside stay focus on the goal and make myself improve so I can let the attraction up..hope things will out right the the way it used to be..😟😊

Day 1 and it feels like hell. I keep havibg dreams about him and our good times so i think thats helping becaude i get to see him without seeing him, but its also agonizing because i wake up and know he isbt there to talk to. We saw us after that a few times but haven't had any contact via WA or other social media stuff. Now im on day 28 without any contact. I'm on day 89. Can't believe I'm this far in already lol. I haven't heard from my ex, but he checked my Instagram stories over the weekend. That was the first time he has done something like that since we broke up. Not sure if it's a good sign but it made me happy. For all of you just starting, hang in there. So far 19 days in and honestly it's one of the if not the hardest things that has happened in my life, it sure feels like damn near torture but these videos sure as hell help me not lose my mind and my will to do something so hard. I know at the end of this nightmare I'm going to be very happy that I went through this, I really am trying to work on myself and my communication skills which basically was the reason why my ex split with me. I know this hurts so much right know but it'll be well worth it, I keep telling myself that we will be happy together once again and way stronger than before. was with her for 8 months and soon to be 8 months apart but we saw each other many times while broken up and last saw her a little more than a month ago.

Jim Raynor I’m only on 6 weeks but what happened to me during that time was great. I have finally managed to get my bodyfat back to 12%, 2 workout a day, got a promotion, finally able to learn and play football, have more time to spend with my family and friends. Still hurts yeah but it’s much easier on myself now and I can switch that on and off

@@dwightschrute8141 it feels so strange to even think that was me who wrote that. We did not get back together. He was really over the relationship, I was in denial for quite some time. It wasn't until I learned he was dating casually, that it fully hit me. I had some acceptance, but not much, until I heard he was dating. As many others have said though, they either come back or you or you move on, after I heard he was dating, I gave myself like a full day to be totally sad, cry as much as I wanted and just fully accept it. After that, I have never looked back. I can see the issues and how unhappy I was. He was not a bad person, he was just not the person for me and I was scared of such a hard change. We were together for 12 years. I am the happiest I have been in so long.
13th day today, and it's the first day I dont care so much. I can tell, how I am being in my own routine, and not in a daze. I notice what's around me. U need to remain conscious to look after yourself. Eat at the right times etc, otherwise it will make u feel worse, when actually ur just hungry! Pack ur lunch to work, just in case u dont want to go out. I lost weight, and last night was the first night I slept properly. Go for a walk. Eat more fruit, drink more water, do exercise, and believe in karma. Be good to yourself, because that's who u can rely on x
Also writing down your thoughts etc and keep them to yourself will help too. Guided meditations helps a lot too! My friends are sick of hearing me now lol
DAY NINE of NC here. She just emailed me. Two small, "how are you?" sort of emails. But it totally shows that what Coach Lee says is true- the chances are VERY good that you WILL be contacted if you do NC. I highly recommend Coach Lee's Emergency Kit. I bought it on day one of NC. (Just in case you're wondering, I'm not affiliated and don't get anything by my recommendation). I found Coach Lee by accident. His advice works, period. I can't say how things will turn out, but I can say Coach Lee is one of the best on RUclips. (reposted here so others can see).
It was like my first break up. It was insanely difficult. I was barely myself at that the beginning with all the emotion roller coaster and insecurities. Then it gets better making me realized no one ever worths enough to put me through that. Deep down, my fear was being alone without a "happy ending". Then, I have been working on myself and I am proud of myself and love myself more and more. I recognized things about myself and started to be true to myself. Guys, I must say coach Lee is absolutely right. No contact works. It's been 2 weeks today since he broke up with me and I went no contact. He has contacted me a few times and I wasn't responding then yesterday he called and wanted to talk to me. We are not officially back but I just wanted to say no contact does wonders on men. I binged watched coach Lee's videos to stay strong and encouraged and I joined a dating site to talk to other guys just to distract myself. A combination of both helped me survive no contact.
Ta Up he undervalued me, lied about important stuffs for a whole year... we’re on long distance, i asked for plans he kept stalling & when i started pushing he couldnt deal with it. Right there with ya! He cheated on me at the end of April then left at beginning of May to be with the one he cheated on me with.... I begged and pleaded for a long time until I found Coach Lee....been almost 30 days of NC and 20 some days since I sent the "reset text"... I can tell you that it is working because things are breaking apart with his "rebound" and he's finding she's too demanding. He has reached out and asked to help me with things and even gave me a birthday card on Wed..stay strong!!

Day 29 today. This is the longest after I broke NC several times in the course of 2 months and I've been ignored. It is really hard, is heart breaking, I miss him, but never felt so strong in my life. Whenever I feel the urge to contact him I remember that if he truly loves me, he will reach out, I would never put me in the position to be vulnerable again and get rejected, I can't remind him constantly that I am here, he knows..and if he doesnt care...then...is his loss. Even though is hard, I don't see myself reaching out to him ever again. In a way I accepted that maybe we'll never get back together, and if this is the case..I know that God has planned something better for both of us.
Yeah mine came back in 5 days but we got back too quickly and I didn't process everything properly and 6 months later he breaks up with me again for the same reasons.. I've really reflected now but I don't think he's coming back again

All of this is spot on for 2 reasons! It either helps you get your ex back, or during this process helps you get through the heartbreak! I’ve been married 25 years with her 27, adopted her 3 boys when we married, all 3 are there to support me in this new journey whichever way it goes which helps also, because them not being biologically mine I feel like the odd man out! Hi coach Lee... I did all the begging and pleading for the first month. It wasn’t my best in the way I behaved but have been in no contact in over 2 mths now and I know she has moved on and that’s an easy distraction for her as she never got to experience of the breakup but I’m trying to accept that aren’t going to be the way I want them to. NC is hard but you must show them and yourself that you’re the strong person that you are. Good luck everyone.

Day 1 is the hardest. But it will get easier every day. It will be even more easier if you FOCUS ON YOURSELF - that is the most important thing for No Contact to work. Focus on yourself, self-cafe, take care of yourself. Be healthy, eat healthy, exercise, meditate, and pick up something fun like singing/dancing/art/watching new tv shows.

We haven’t put any sort of label on this at all, but we are taking things slow. When we have been together in person, it’s as if we had never broken up. I’m not 100% sure if that’s a good or bad thing, but things between us have been pretty good and I’m hoping it will continue to progress, but it’s going to take some time. Same here(long distance) I visited her country but she didnt come to see me..so I made a vacation for my own out of it. Glad I came across your video. Only on day 12 of no contact and struggling immensely. I've gone 30 days in the past and broke it unfortunately. I really need to keep the no contact going past 30 days and for good. It is so hard to do but necessary to keep that person from ever entering your life again to continue to use and abuse.

It's true no contact is for you because after a break up you feel like you need to chase someone who threw you away eventhough they know you are great together. Im on day 34, I came to terms with the issues the relationship had and how I can become better towards her and more importantly, my self. Ive dated someone else and well I still think of my ex, its hard but doable. Stay Strong! We are supposed to be on a break btw, not a full breakup, she was clear about loving me still.
56 days of NC after my ex ghosted me and honestly, though closure would be nice I'm not even wanting him back and have actually started talking to someone new. It's long distance (roommate of someone I've been gaming with) but only by 6.5hrs and things are slow as we've only been talking a little over 2 weeks. I honestly never thought I'd be slowly getting past/over my ex as he and I had been together for a year. NC helped me heal and work through it all and I'm so thankful for these videos 💜 whether you hope to hear from your ex or not, NC helps YOU.
Approaching 8 months of no contact.. 7 since I've been unfollowed.. A good trick is to delete the number of the ex off your phone, and store it somewhere on your laptop wordpad or something. This way you won't be tempted to text when you scroll through your contacts list.

I'm doing NC because my bf, or ex now, is driving me crazy with being hot and cold. He told me he wants to take a months long break to get his life together but was still emailing me - now he says we can talk "when he feels better" I'm DONE. I love him still which makes it hard. I'm waiting atleast 45 to 60 days before i contact her. Im on day 19 im down 25 pounds and have been hitting the gym 5 days a week got a new hair cut and new glasses. I'm completely rebuilding a new me. The weird thing about my situation is we have the same group of friends. Unlike alot of the situations on here I will see her again. Just got 2 months. For anyone who is in earlier days- it does get easier. I'm running a lot. My mind races about her on my runs and then I move on to other distractions and passions.
Running helps me too! I don't what it is about that - perhaps it's the natural endorphins plus being a repetitive activity where we get time to think and be alone. Jogging is seriously the best for any stressful problems in life.
Keep going sweetie. It works. Believe me in time things will get better. I know from personal experience. She will contact you. Trust the process. Use this time to create a better you. But you must do it!!! It works!!

How did it happen
I could not agree more. The only way to recover is to let yourself feel whatever you are feeling in this very moment. Distracting yourself seems quite nice, but those emotions do not go anywhere. Let yourself feel the pain, feel the remorse and never be ashamed of it, because you are human and you have feelings. And take advice from me, I was devastated, I lost 17 kilos in a month, could not sleep, could not work, nothing. It gets better. No contact is for you! And you will be better. During that time you should build yourself, become the person YOU WOULD NEVER SAY NO TO DATE. Stay strong, you are capable of it, I know.

Success!! No contact does work. Hard as hell. But worth it in so many ways. Especially in the “bettering yourself” category. It definitely changes their perspective to see you’re able to change and not sit and blame them. 2 months and more grey hair. But tough it out. Definitely worth the fight.

So far 19 days in and honestly it's one of the if not the hardest things that has happened in my life, it sure feels like damn near torture but these videos sure as hell help me not lose my mind and my will to do something so hard. I know at the end of this nightmare I'm going to be very happy that I went through this, I really am trying to work on myself and my communication skills which basically was the reason why my ex split with me. Just had to circle back around…Coach Lee THANK YOU! You and prayer really kept me going! My ex texted today after 18 days of NC and I was totally preparing myself to never hear from him again!! This is the longest we have ever went without speaking and every single day was a struggle. I haven’t responded to him yet because I want to watch more of your videos on what to do now😩. But I did want to give encouragement to those of you going through this pain. I literally took it one day at a time, prayed for the best and watched these videos. Sometimes NC is the only option and it felt like the right thing to do in my case…just walk away and leave them with their own thoughts. Jim Raynor I’m only on 6 weeks but what happened to me during that time was great. I have finally managed to get my bodyfat back to 12%, 2 workout a day, got a promotion, finally able to learn and play football, have more time to spend with my family and friends. Still hurts yeah but it’s much easier on myself now and I can switch that on and off

@@dwightschrute8141 it feels so strange to even think that was me who wrote that. We did not get back together. He was really over the relationship, I was in denial for quite some time. It wasn't until I learned he was dating casually, that it fully hit me. I had some acceptance, but not much, until I heard he was dating. As many others have said though, they either come back or you or you move on, after I heard he was dating, I gave myself like a full day to be totally sad, cry as much as I wanted and just fully accept it. After that, I have never looked back. I can see the issues and how unhappy I was. He was not a bad person, he was just not the person for me and I was scared of such a hard change. We were together for 12 years. I am the happiest I have been in so long.
13th day today, and it's the first day I dont care so much. I can tell, how I am being in my own routine, and not in a daze. I notice what's around me. U need to remain conscious to look after yourself. Eat at the right times etc, otherwise it will make u feel worse, when actually ur just hungry! Pack ur lunch to work, just in case u dont want to go out. I lost weight, and last night was the first night I slept properly. Go for a walk. Eat more fruit, drink more water, do exercise, and believe in karma. Be good to yourself, because that's who u can rely on x
Also writing down your thoughts etc and keep them to yourself will help too. Guided meditations helps a lot too! My friends are sick of hearing me now lol
DAY NINE of NC here. She just emailed me. Two small, "how are you?" sort of emails. But it totally shows that what Coach Lee says is true- the chances are VERY good that you WILL be contacted if you do NC. I highly recommend Coach Lee's Emergency Kit. I bought it on day one of NC. (Just in case you're wondering, I'm not affiliated and don't get anything by my recommendation). I found Coach Lee by accident. His advice works, period. I can't say how things will turn out, but I can say Coach Lee is one of the best on RUclips. (reposted here so others can see).
It was like my first break up. It was insanely difficult. I was barely myself at that the beginning with all the emotion roller coaster and insecurities. Then it gets better making me realized no one ever worths enough to put me through that. Deep down, my fear was being alone without a "happy ending". Then, I have been working on myself and I am proud of myself and love myself more and more. I recognized things about myself and started to be true to myself. Relationship with yourself is the ultimate happiness.

Guys, I must say coach Lee is absolutely right. No contact works. It's been 2 weeks today since he broke up with me and I went no contact. He has contacted me a few times and I wasn't responding then yesterday he called and wanted to talk to me. We are not officially back but I just wanted to say no contact does wonders on men. I binged watched coach Lee's videos to stay strong and encouraged and I joined a dating site to talk to other guys just to distract myself. A combination of both helped me survive no contact.

Day 29 today.
This is the longest after I broke NC several times in the course of 2 months and I've been ignored.
It is really hard, is heart breaking, I miss him, but never felt so strong in my life.
Whenever I feel the urge to contact him I remember that if he truly loves me, he will reach out, I would never put me in the position to be vulnerable again and get rejected, I can't remind him constantly that I am here, he knows..and if he doesnt care...then...is his loss.
Even though is hard, I don't see myself reaching out to him ever again.
In a way I accepted that maybe we'll never get back together, and if this is the case..I know that God has planned something better for both of us.

I did all the begging and pleading for the first month. It wasn’t my best in the way I behaved but have been in no contact in over 2 mths now and I know she has moved on and that’s an easy distraction for her as she never got to experience of the breakup but I’m trying to accept that aren’t going to be the way I want them to. God I'm glad I went on RUclips, I really needed to see this. I'm two and a half months in and it's starting to get hard. I literally had an emotional breakdown yesterday and a few minutes ago. I keep wanting to text her and was seriously considering driving by her house on the way to my home.

Dexter Grif It’s up and down. Try your best not to stalk, look at social media or find out about her thru friends. Those things only hurt you. Tell yourself “it’s her loss” to make it through. It sucks! I have good & real bad days too!

Day 1 is the hardest. But it will get easier every day. It will be even more easier if you FOCUS ON YOURSELF - that is the most important thing for No Contact to work. Focus on yourself, self-cafe, take care of yourself. Be healthy, eat healthy, exercise, meditate, and pick up something fun like singing/dancing/art/watching new tv shows.

Hes my fisrt bf and im his 6th gf so idk if hes just a player but at the start of the relationship we had a really good bond and he was so caring and nice and it seemed like he truly had strong feelings for me. @@jasminacosovic8802 I reached out after 60 days of NC. My ex was very receptive and we have been talking and we have hung out a few times. We haven’t put any sort of label on this at all, but we are taking things slow. When we have been together in person, it’s as if we had never broken up. I’m not 100% sure if that’s a good or bad thing, but things between us have been pretty good and I’m hoping it will continue to progress, but it’s going to take some time. But I don’t want people to give up hope, the No Contact Rule truly does work!

Just got 2 months of no contact and 3 months of being dumped. It was very difficult at the first time, but i still believe in no contact.
Glad I came across your video. Only on day 12 of no contact and struggling immensely. I've gone 30 days in the past and broke it unfortunately. I really need to keep the no contact going past 30 days and for good. It is so hard to do but necessary to keep that person from ever entering your life again to continue to use and abuse.

It's true no contact is for you because after a break up you feel like you need to chase someone who threw you away eventhough they know you are great together. No contact helps you to rebuild yourself and self esteem. You can do it because iam almost reach three months NC. Get better although at times I miss him but it makes me feel good.

Im on day 34, I came to terms with the issues the relationship had and how I can become better towards her and more importantly, my self. Ive dated someone else and well I still think of my ex, its hard but doable. Stay Strong! We are supposed to be on a break btw, not a full breakup, she was clear about loving me still.

56 days of NC after my ex ghosted me and honestly, though closure would be nice I'm not even wanting him back and have actually started talking to someone new. It's long distance (roommate of someone I've been gaming with) but only by 6.5hrs and things are slow as we've only been talking a little over 2 weeks. I honestly never thought I'd be slowly getting past/over my ex as he and I had been together for a year. NC helped me heal and work through it all and I'm so thankful for these videos 💜 whether you hope to hear from your ex or not, NC helps YOU.
Approaching 8 months of no contact.. 7 since I've been unfollowed.. A good trick is to delete the number of the ex off your phone, and store it somewhere on your laptop wordpad or something. This way you won't be tempted to text when you scroll through your contacts list.

Coach Lee, please! Make a video about long distance relationship break ups and No Contact! Because I sometimes get confused with what I really should do. There are some relationship coaches that recommend that I leverage social media and keep the communication with my ex open and alive, or else my chances of coming back with him get lower. I'm doing NC because my bf, or ex now, is driving me crazy with being hot and cold. He told me he wants to take a months long break to get his life together but was still emailing me - now he says we can talk "when he feels better" I'm DONE. I love him still which makes it hard. I had told him I'll wait for him and that's when he seemed to have lost interest. I just wrote him back and said I deserve better, I'm not waiting, this is BS and blocked and deleted.

When I first started watching these videos, your opening tune would make me feel such dread, that yet again I was watching another break up video and hated that I was in that position . Now after two months (1NC) I actually have my own little dance I do to the tune and even make jokes to myself throughout the videos 👀 Either going crazy or getting better
I'm waiting atleast 45 to 60 days before i contact her. Im on day 19 im down 25 pounds and have been hitting the gym 5 days a week got a new hair cut and new glasses. I'm completely rebuilding a new me. The weird thing about my situation is we have the same group of friends. Unlike alot of the situations on here I will see her again. Im waiting untill my mind is right and I'm physically and mentally fit.

I recently was around her because of our mutual friends hung out at bar she was super obnoxious and being loud and drunk. I ignored her and i even caught her staring at me lol. Ive lost a few fair weather friends throughout the break up process. Life gets better yall keep working on yourself and good things will happen. She still thinks the grass is greener but she will find out the hard way its not.
