- There is very cool stuff in the video as I show you what the inside of a hydraulic valve looks like and you get to see us fire the Waratah 624C back up, enjoy!
love your stuff, I own a 2014 845c tigercat Buncher with 8800 hours on it, runs 24/5 days for 43 weeks a year blows me away to hear your stuff 3 years old with 4ooo something hours
Keep in mind that we have a lot of machines that we go between and run and we only run during daytime processing.
Great video, hopefully the rebuild of that valve lasts as long as the factory seals did.
Great video, one hell of a job but atleast you know it's now done
You aren't worried about the dust and grit in the air contaminating the o-rings and marring up the mating surfaces?
Blast it with break cleaner and stick it together real quick. Even if you do this inside of a shop, you still have dust floating around so it really doesn't matter a whole lot.

I hope uber doesn't charge you surge pricing for the long weekend haha
Looks like a Parker k220 valve
+norWISequipment it is a Parker but I don't have a clue as to which one lol
Open heart surgery on a machine.
+Dave Slusser you pretty much nailed it. I like how jay lets me get in there with him and he'll talk too.
Great video Jays the man ! Gotta love hydraulics lol! Thanks for sharing
Nice thing about these videos is now you can do it yourself and save some $$$
great stuff! So was it a 2 day job for the mechanic to service the hydraulic bank on the waratah?
+Paul Bunyan Tax Services it took about a good day to repack the bank. He worked on another machine first and then started on the bank around lunch and finished the next day at lunch.
