I feel like this song is about wanting to go back to time when you were loved unconditionally but no one is there to help you so you bottle it up and try to comfort yourself.

その他は、なんて言うんだろ生活音？みたいな少なくとも音程では無いものが多いところがあってそこが好き
受験のプレッシャーや対人関係、親子関係に悩みメンタル状態が最悪だった高3の冬。毎日寝る前にこの曲を聴き、「思い出して、生まれたことで君は十分だから。全部上手くいくよ」のところでボロボロ泣いていました。
孤独だった私にとって、この歌詞は心の隙間にピッタリとハマる救いの言葉でした。
受験生時代はもう数年も前ですが、今でもこの曲を聴くと当時の想いが込み上げて泣きそうになります。
I'm at the hospital right now (got a knee rupture and surgery) and it's 1 am.The old lady won't stop making weird noises and there's this machinery that also makes weird sounds. This song seriously calms me down and I love the lyrics so much."you are enough" I really needed to hear that. Though I know the messages is something else I am still thankful for this song.

i believe the character now represents a person who has already committed suicide or has passed in someway, since in the beginning of the song it says their limbs have disconnected which could represent cutting. also, the screaming in 1:23 could represent that person's loved one screaming in sadness after discovering they have passed. They others to accept who they are through saying "You are enough because you were able to be born. You are alright." 2:21 might be when the first person commits suicide or dies (in jail if this is connected to "Color and Electricity") by telling themselves to "forget living and life".

The missing yellow may be them missing the emotion happiness? This also fit with how yellow is usually the color of joy and how the character (especially in previous songs) tries so desperately to get the color.

I’m pretty late here but this song reminds me of the Candace Newmaker case, where a girl died during rebirth therapy due to a reattachment disorder, pretty sad and disturbing case
The worser thing is that it wasn't her fault she died, it was her crappy therapist that suffocated her with their "therapy"

This song really made me feel confused. i do not know if i kinda am able to relate to it but. the lyric and the music has a dissonance which seems like a "mock" to the perceiver of the lyric, thus it seem like more of an irony rather than a face value. I think it is good however. This is the first time i feel this emotion.
