this is the best video I've seen on 4c hair. I finally know what wash & go is and is like for 4c hair. I was surprised you didn't need to twist you hair e.g bantu knots! but it made sense. That's how my hair looks like 2nd and 3rd day after bantu knots and I prefer that look. your hair is gorgeous and I'm glad shea moisture is now in Ireland so definitely going to try this.

You should try this but with Camille rose naturals products. The curl love moisture milk as a leave in the curlaide moisture butter as a moisturizer and the aloe whipped butter gel as a styler. This gives me defined soft moisturized wash and gos

The thickness on your head...absolutely beautiful. You may want to try eco styler gel on top of a leave in and moisturizer. two hours to get definition----thats a long time. But your hair is B_E_A_U_T_I_F_U_L
thank you, I don't like eco styler gel, it doesn't give me any definition anymore. When my hair was a lot shorter it did. and there is a lot of protein and eco styler, it tends to make my curls hard, and I don't like that feeling.

Well damn! Two whole weeks with a wash and go?! I've watch you vid on how you preserve your hairstyle when you first posted it. How do you keep your hair moisturizer during that time? Do you restyle your wash n go? How sway?
+Hi-imcurrentlyobsessed well I have to remoisturize every 2 days, with a little water, aloe Vera and oil. I will keep it in a wash n go state for at least 5 to 6 days. Then I will transition it to a puff or a bun. By the time the 11 day comes around, my hair is very dry and brittle so I will either wash it or just add some flat twists and do a up do. Something just to keep my ends away for the last couple of days. Then its time for a good wash after all that. I don't do wash and go's often at all, so when I do, I try to make it last as long as I can. But do what works for you.

thank you. And yes my hair does the same thing when I do twists or braid outs, especially if it is humid. I used to not re-do the style for at all but that caused my hair to tangle up more and more. Now I re do the hair style after the second day, I will spray some water, then add just a little bit of a moisturizer then seal with oil or a butter. But I only use a little amount since my hair already has product it. If my hair doesn't feel like it needs moisture after 2 days, I will just re twist or re braid it.
