» WHERE IS NEPHI FROM?
I am native to Bacolod City in the Philippines but in the recent years I have been moving and living a lot in different countries like Singapore, Japan and the US due to the nature of my work. I was in the US when I started this channel but I am currently in Indonesia thus the confusion to some where I am truly based.
» MUSICAL BACKGROUND
Former band vocalist of Akita performing at K-Pub in Ayala Cebu, Philippines (2019-2020)
Former band vocalist of Big Three Band performing in Yokohama 7, Yokohama, Japan (2014-2016).
Former member of the Filipino Voice Symphony (2010-2011) where I was taught by professional chorale singers (e.g. former soprano from UP Madrigal Singers). Our singing group bagged the "Gold Medal" in the International A cappella Championships held in Singapore in 2011.
Former university choir and singing trainer at Technological University of the Philippines Visayas.
» WHAT IS THE GREATER GOAL?
My mission is to promote music among different regions and try to make people from different countries relate to each other through music and singing. I have always believed that even small gestures in understanding similarities and differences towards others actually lead to greater awareness about countries and their people.
In this modern world full of things that divide humanity, it is but perfect to put efforts in re-uniting and building bridges among all of us.
Almost perfection! Guest artists contribute 20% of overall marks and Aina Abdul was a perfect choice for Jaclyn. She complimented Jac well and she wasn't trying to overshadow her. Fiyah!

The fact that JV got the lyrics wrong (only one word) not even bothers me. Usually I will be slightly annoyed if the singers do that. But for her, I don't even care!!😂 I know it because I remember the lyrics. She supposed to sing "menutup mata" = close the eyes but she sang "membuka mata" = open the eyes. The power in her voice, how she and aina delivered every lyrics is amazing!!!! If I'm not mistaken, she got 92.4 (+10%) point which is reaaaaaalllyyy high!!!
amazing performance, deserved 1st place last night. but for me as 'Cinta' fan, less emotional than it should be... which is one of the strong element in this song, felt something missing. you shouldn't smile when singing a sad song, just spoiled the mood... bonda hetty or toknaz know better. this just my opinion.

Depends. Lirik lagu ni lebih kepada motivasi diri, bukan untuk bunuh diri, so, intepretasi mungkin akan berbeza. Banyak part lagu ni menasihati diri supaya lebih berhati-hati, lebih peka pada perjalanan hidup. Part sedih kurang.
Anyway, it depends on how your emotion while listening. This song is more to oneself motivation, not sadness.
