Q1..There is an injury of the hypoglossal nerve on the right side. Q2..The ventral surface of the tongue. We put the tablet below the tongue to be rapidly reabsorbed as it goes directly to the general circulation without passing through the portal circulation. Q3..If the patient has a palatine paralysis on the left side , we should examine the uvula and it would deviate to the right side. Q4..The malignant ulcer on the tip of the tongue must be surgically removed with the submental lymph nodes which drain the tongue tip. Q5..We feel pain in our ears when the plane takes off because the decrease in blood pressure causes air to be sucked from our middle ear leading to a collapse in the eustachian tube and traction of the middle ear to the inside causing pain.We can relieve that pain by swallowing or chewing gum as these 2 actions will cause the tensor palati and levator palati muscles to contract and this will open the eustachian tube to be filled with air to neutralise the pressure on both sides of the ear drum. We can also ask the passenger to stop breathing and start blowing or huffing. This will help too.

2- the tablet will be absorbed by deep lingual Vein which is found on the VENTRAL part of the tongue , so it go directly to the general circulation .
3- the doctor will notice deviation of the uvula to the heathy side ( right side )
4- submental lymph nodes should be removed
5- you fell the pain due to the negative pressure in the ear and collapse of the auditory tube , the person should try to masticate to move the ( tensor palati & lavetor palati ) which will widen the auditory tube , or he can close his mouth and start blowing to force opining of auditory tube .
