Pootharekulu is not an easy recipe, its too critical to make at home, we need pot not normal pot its must be fine finished and seasoned pot, and hard to do on gas stove..

What this is, is a very basic version. This us made with Brinjal also.. and there the Brinjal is roasted on fire. Sometimes, the chilli needn't be roasted, everything is just raw (pachi)... Try making the Brinjal one.
