    This is Telangana style pachi pulusu....... Andhra pachi pulusu is another one....... Andhra pachi pulusu is made with roasted 🔥🔥 Brinjal...... Very delicious😋✨ one that is.... Best combination is attesaru annam + Ghee + vankaya Pachi pulusu...... Traditional dish of Godavari districts of Andhra Pradesh...... In the month of January Bhogi festival...

    It is a must dish in our home during shivratri and we add ginger garlic paste and we add salt while crushing onion and adding sesame powder is optinal

    Nice...our telugu dish.... I'm from Andhra....I know only rasam which is made with tamarind... Recently Big boss 3 lo pachi pulusu ani matladukodam vinnanu....charu ne Telangana side ala antaremo ankunna....now got to know the recipe of it...without boiling pachiga chestaru anamata...great you know it...and that too with that telugu script...😍😍 Tq...❤️❤️

    Uuuummmm yummy,,,,i really loved the way u first mixed all those onion, coriander etc .. this is the exact way we do it here in Telangana 🔥 this tastes soooo yummmm with rice along with some veggie fry(bhindi fry,alooo fry,ivy fry etc..) 😍😋😋😋😋😋😋

    We also add a tea spoon of roasted sesame seeds powder... it is purely a summer dish... can lead to cold in winter.

      Pootharekulu is not an easy recipe, its too critical to make at home, we need pot not normal pot its must be fine finished and seasoned pot, and hard to do on gas stove..

      At any temperature your can eat but mostly in cold weather with hot rice then it's very tasty 😋😋😋

      In Telugu language pachi means raw so if we boil the mixture the dish will not remain as pachi pulusu.... So we should never boil it

    What this is, is a very basic version. This us made with Brinjal also.. and there the Brinjal is roasted on fire. Sometimes, the chilli needn't be roasted, everything is just raw (pachi)...
    Try making the Brinjal one.

      Vankayi tho chesedhi just oka variation anthe.. that’s called Antu pulusu.. this is the basic and traditional Pachi pulusu
