Thanks for such a detailed demo. I wish you could also show us how to connect credit card terminal to the machine. Also is it possible to turn the printer off during transaction and only print out one final receipt after the transaction is complete. So this was all the voids wont have to print out on the receipt

How can I program 2 different taxes? One is for the state and the other is for the municipality. Is it possible to edit an item ? Let’s say I entered the price incorrect when programming and I need to change it. PLEASE HELP!!
Actually these videos are all not helpful to me as i'm watching endless stuff to figure out how to make a sale, my screen is showing "please enter dept number..." and whatever y enter it says error, and either the manual is teaching me how to adjust the contrast or that the feed button is feeding the crap. Can I get a cook book instead?

Might be a long shot but did you ever find out how to do that? I just got one and can’t figure out how to print only final transaction!

Every time I hit department it opens the cash register and won’t let me add more items

When I try to make a sale I type in the amount and then hit the department number and I get an error. Any thoughts on why? Price is 0.00, Tax 1.
