    If you need a new variable speed pulley, Speed Selector makes pulleys that replace the Reeves, Hi-Lo, TB Woods and Lovejoy pulleys that went out of business or got bought. Most are in stock or Speed Selector will custom make if needed. They have an actual engineering department; very helpful.

    PIAGGIO motor bike work like yours no manually but auto. due to the speed of the engine.I had had one for some years and I spent a look for my curiosity.It works perfectly Also yours.Thanks for sharing.

    These are known as torque converters - link here >> amzn.to/3xzzv8D These are available from go cart companies and they are totally automatic. Plus the way they mount, from one side, the belt can easily be changed. No reason these can not be unitized to drive another type of machine with an electric motor.

    Great work, nice. The belt that you are using, is it a belt made for CVT or is it a general purpose belt?
    What angles are the slope or taper of the pulley halves?

      The belt are made specially for CVT and the angle of cones is the same angle of the belt

      أربعة قطع المونيوم يتم ثقبهم و عمل مجري داخلية فيهم ثم خرطهم بنفس زاوية سير السرعة العريض ووضع كل اثنين في أكس مثبت علي كراسي بلي وتثبت قطعة والقطة الأخري تكون متحركة فى كل أكس والقطعة المتحركة تقابلها قطعة ثابتة فى الأكس الآخر ويتم وضع رمان بلى بجوار القطعة المتحركة الصغيرة وسوستة قوية بجوار القطعة المتحركة الكبيرة ويتم الضغط علي الرمان بلى الملاصق للتارة الصغيرة بواسطة الذراع فيتم ضم التارة الصغيرة والتارة تصبح كبيرة والسير يشد التارة في الناحية الأخري فتصبح صغيرة فتزيد السرعة تدريجيا والتحكم في السرعات يتم بواسطة الذراع المثبت بمسمار واحد

    how do you make your primary and secondary part get open and close?

      Maro MA _there is a ball bearing between the small cone and bar and there is a strong spring on the other side of the big cone _ I push the small cone by the bar and the spring push the big cone in the other side so the cones close and open opposite to each other

      5ssherif ok, thats in the primary cone, but what about the secondary cone? cause i can see that the cones of both of the parts works at the same time and i dont see another bar moving the secondary cone, or am i wrong?

      Maro MA _ when the primary cones closed they pull the belt and it makes the secondary cones opened and increase the speed of the secondary cones _ so the belt makes the secondary cones opened and the spring makes them closed

      5ssherif so, just for been sure, the secondary cone get open because of the speed? Something like centrifugal force?

      There is no relation between the soeed and the opening of the secondry cones but the bellt open then when i push the primary cone and when ii get the primary cone free the spring if the secondary cones push them and makes them closed

      Chaitanya Korde_ the small cone 16cm the biggest one 20cm _ the belt 850 cm length 28cm wedth 8cm thinness & I added a thin ball bearing between the two small cones to work as a clutch

      5ssherif i am not talking about your measurements...like i am in a team and we are going to make a racing go kart...we have a bajaj pulsar 150cc 5speed engine nd we are planning to make the manual tranmission into a cvt...so for that i need the calculations...like the formulae to calculate everything...can you plz give me a list of formulae that you might have used ...or else a book to refer where i can get the related info

      This is my homemade go kart it is 5 speed manualy changing speed and I will change it to cvt system I use 250cc motorcycle cvt and automatic clutch it is easy and very strong amd I use gers & chain witj ratio 1 to 10

      To convert it to fully automatic we can replace the driver pulley with a automatic driver pulley of a automatic motor cycle

      I would gladly give you $100 for just the pulleys by themselves made to fit a one inch shaft. I live in Dalton Georgia. North of Atlanta.
