Let's clear up what the LG installers meant about pre-charged linesets and vacuuming: Standard AC installation: During a typical AC installation, a vacuum pump is used to eliminate any air and moisture from the refrigerant lines. Air and moisture can reduce the efficiency of your AC and lead to corrosion. Pre-charged linesets: Some newer LG models, like yours, come with pre-charged linesets. These linesets are sealed at the factory and contain the exact amount of refrigerant needed. Because of this, vacuuming isn't required. It's fantastic that my AC is working so well! It's impressive that it cools down entire room on the second floor and even with direct sun exposure, all within 20 minutes. That's a great testament to the LG unit's efficiency. I don't understand the noise level part. I mean, agar koi middle class banda jo probably cooler se upgrade karke ac purchase kar rha hai uske liye toh ek noisy AC bhi cooler k comparison mei silent hi lagega😂

And LG ka PCB issue nikla..and LG only provided 1 yr PCB warranty on that AC and mujhe major expense bear karna pada. Also second complaint, LG ac gives a distinct smell in room compared to other ACs. Mera paas Carrier ka AC bhi he lekin aisa distinct smell nahi aata despite both having regularly serviced

The information provided is good. But you should also rate the service offered. Without proper service, even the best product is useless. It's okay to spend extra 2.3k but get a proper service. Same thing happened with me by buying Carrier ac. No service at tier 2 cities. Stopped working within 1 month and I am just waiting for response from them.
