are you able to connect a pair of bluetooth speakers to the Mi Smart Clock? I don't see the option in google home app, but it is present for my google home mini
You don't connect a pair of speakers to this alarm. The phone forces you to create and link a spotify account during the setup process so theoretically you can play something from your Spotify account. I just wanted a simple alarm that is not connected to the internet, doesn't require wall power, and doesn't have a microphone in it that is on all the time. Piece of s*** if you ask me.
@@Superbustr it's a very conveniente, fine, nice thing. It works perfectly and i'm really satisfied. Only problem is that it can't use bluetooth speakers just like google home mini. But it can use chromecasts as audio devices
It really was a piece of cr** to set this up on my phone. I installed the google home app on my iphone then tried to pair the device using the phone bluetooth. The device wouldn't pair at all. After going into the settings on the stupid touch screen alarm I factory reset the alarm. After the factory reset it would finally connect to my phone's wifi via bluetooth. Overall not a big fan of these home network devices that honestly allow google to listen to everything that you say via their microphone and sell off your person data.
Does this update allow google duo call on this and let it pair with google home mini speaker?
