Love those Class 90s in the Orange paint scheme, Freightliner is owned by Genesee & Wyoming, which was originally founded as a small railroad in the US hauling salt from the salt mine in Mt Morris, NY. I live near that original line and it’s crazy to see how this railroad that was once a local railroad has turned into a worldwide rail empire
Thanks YeahMan, its a great looking livery too! Certainly beats the Freightliner green that replaced it. G&W have certainly taken on a lot in recent years and their railfreight in the UK has also been expanding too. Greetings from the UK! 🇬🇧
Such Classic machines. It was also Greg to see 90005 back on its former home ground. The Great Eastern isn’t as popular since most of the stock was displaced but there is still plenty of freight. Thanks for watching Trainspotter6637 😃
Ingatestone railway station is on the Great Eastern Main Line in the East of England, serving the village of Ingatestone, Essex. It is 23 miles 50 chains down the line from London Liverpool Street and is situated between Shenfield to the west and Chelmsford to the east. Its three-letter station code is INT. The station is currently managed by Greater Anglia, which also operates all trains serving it, as part of the East Anglia franchise.
Been to Ingatestone couple times. Very nice station. Also a good spot to see trains whizzing past fast. Including the Class 745, Class 720 and freight trains.
First time for me! I had seen many videos of huge amounts of 321s in the peaks pre-Covid but I was happy to finally come here. I spoke to a few locals about the signal box and the north end and apparently it’s a manned gate crossing which is required by law! Thanks Andrew 😃
I do like it when the Class 321 and Class 90 Mk3s that went passed Ingatestone at high speed and the Class 321 that screamed. And not forgetting the Class 360/1 that also were with Greater Anglia before they were cascaded to EMR.
Absolutely love your content mate! Been watching it for a couple yrs now. I’m just curious as to how you know where these trains are coming from or going to and their punctuality. If so that would be great.
Oh yes, I genuinely believe that the refurbished 321s are better than the new 720s, it’s a shame they have to go 😞 These won’t be the last 321s on the channel since I’ll be around for the charter on April 29th too.
The bank which holds the track at the south of the station slipped during heavy rain. I believe the speed restriction will be here until it’s restored later this year.

Great one, love the class 90s
Gotta love the flirts. Amazing cracking video and nice catch of the 153.
Many thanks Jamie! First time catching a Network Rail 153 and the FLIRTS are always sounding great 😃

You can see the pantograph raising and lowering gradually as it enters and leaves the station. Nice stuff.
Love the class 90s, shame they weren’t running passenger services
A fantastic video. Thank you for uploading this. Hope you're doing well.
Great video as always! Looking forward to you shooting a video on the Chatham Main Line.
Fantastic choice of spotting

The class 66 is one of my favourites
The Class 66s certainly are not lacking on UK Railways! 🇬🇧
Great actions mate. Ingatestone gets busier for freight trains which is awesome 👍👍
Love the 90s and the 321s. A shame that the 321s are being scrapped😢 Good video👍

Great video
Five star coverage
The triple headed 321s will be missed, I also loved the gamble of whether I was going to be getting a 321 or 720
still got the lovely 321s

I swear that 50 speed restriction has been there for so long. Do you know why it's been put there?
