  • This video is about how to operate Elabscience® One-step TUNEL (Paraffin Section) experiment. For each reaction, there is a demonstration, so that the experimenters can better understand the TUNEL process.
    Procedure:
    Paraffin Section → Dewaxing → Washing → Permeabilization → Washing → Equilibrium → Labeling → Washing → Nuclear staining → Washing → Mounting → Analyze sample

very clear explanation. i have pollen samples, I followed this protocol. But, my pollen samples don't get attached to the slide surface. What could be the reason and solution?

We have not verified pollen samples, but the use of anti-stripping slides can reduce the incidence of stripping.

Can I use 3D bio-printed to study the apoptosis assay using this kit? Or do the 3D models need sectioning first? Thank you!

The models need to be sectioned. This assay includes a permeabilization step, and if the sample is too thick, it may not be fully permeabilized. Typically, paraffin sections are 4-6 μm, and frozen sections are 5-10 μm.
