@@32a.st4rhas good chase, good camp, cipher and map preasure... He has just everything... Opera had very good chase, no camp and weak cipher preasure so she was almost as balanced as him. She was much better because of fast chase meta. If you think that he's balanced than just look at other hunters, they're week in comparition to him.
