It is, yeah, I have thick wrists and i still prefer this smaller version, it's light and doesn't get in the way.

But it is designed to fool men not to preferably by it because of the size, which is smaller then the regular squares, despite of it having better display and number of features.

Yes if you wear it you become a woman. In all seriousness these smaller versions are marketed "for women" only because they're better for smaller wrists (more common in women) but anyone can wear them. "watches for women/men" is almost always a marketing thing.
