Olive oil garlic shallots white wine chunky salt and cracked pepper. You can cook anything w that combo. Clams are so good. Hard to mess up fresh clams

Jon, butter and a little bit of olive oil (it keeps the butterfat solids from browning and turning bitter) and quickly sear the fish, for the roll, dice the fish, add mayo and LIME and capers. dash of S&P and a (optional) pinch of cayenne (or even better a diced (no seeds) jalapeno to the mix. toasting the rolls with a little bit of butter and garlic makes them even more awesome.

It gets to -45 .. -50 Celsius which is -58f.. lmao that’s how cold it is ALL winter where I live !

You guys should do a series up here in Saskatchewan, I know you’ve been out east and Manitoba but sask has the most bodies of water (100,000 lakes and rivers to fish in) you could do a series where you start out up north with big lake trout or fishing for all different types of trout in the gem lakes where each lake is the color of a different gem stone, and make your way south catching big walley and pike then get down to last mountain or lake diefinbaker where the world record burbit and the world record rainbow trout were caught then you could finish the hole thing off catching large mouth bass at boundary damn. Not to mention we have goldeye, sturgeon, carp, arctic greyling, and a tun of stocked trout possibilities. It’s just so surprising to me that the fishing up here is so amazing but there are not many fishing videos at all in sask
So did you guys catch a couple hundred thousand dollars for Norwegian or what? I heard that usually the market wants to negotiate price with the person who landed the fish that is being sold. At least that is if its being exported to japan
I went to Alaska last summer and caught a hundred pound halibut. I would love to see an Alaska series... PS go to Gotta fish outfitters in Nenilchuck Alaska they were awesome!!!
You guys should go to Guadalupe island you catch 100 lb yellowfin tuna holding the rod not in a rod holder. And you have to reel them in fast so the 20ft+ great whites sharks don’t eat them. It’s a lot of fun.
