- The Mario Mashup pack in Minecraft is full of secrets and the world it comes with is awesome. BUT what does it look like if you play normal Minecraft with the pack on? I bet it looks a little bit CURSED

Originally, the enderdragon was going to be Hooktail from Paper Mario The Thousand Year Door, even a screenshot of it in game, which looks better than using Gobblegut from Mario Galaxy 2.
It does look a lot better

Just knowing that hooktail was going to be the dragon but got replaced by one of the most forgettable mario bosses makes me want to punch whoever thought that the change was a good idea.
the game controller required.. the amount of times the switch has disconnected from the joycons even when they're ATTACHED to it is unreal.

Well as a Nintendo switch owner, the texture pack was only supposed to be available for the overworks but they had to update it every time they added mobs or biomes
I remember playing with a Mario texture pack before there was an official one, and the Ender Dragon was literally just Bowser’s likeness stretched across it like a flesh suit. Also the egg was Peach but egg-shaped
(The Ender Dragon should’ve been the Ruined Dragon from SMO like imagine how cool that would be)

I always played this texture pack since I had the game in 2017, But I recently discovered there’s a guy that ported the pack and the world to Java, you should try it If your Switch is too slow
It also changes the default skins to be Mario Skins and add more music

1:05 Feels like it is trying to be that swamp from Partners in Time where the Shroob factory is and there are Toads in the parasitic trees which sucked out their essence/souls.
I had no idea this was still getting updates, great video!
In fact, in a creator post the creators published an image that they were going to update the pack by putting textures from the previous Minecraft update but they didn't update it
Perfect idea: Shyguys were sick of being bonked and stuff so they finally decided to go on stilts.
I think It would’ve benefitted this mashup pack if it came out when they were changing models and had a higher pixel count. That and the Adventure Time one
Also some of the Halloween textures are pretty weird too in normal Minecraft.
