I just realised that I've been practicing gratitude for 3 years . I don't write them, but before going to bed, I join my hands, close my eyes and thank the Almighty for every single thing I've been blessed for. Also before having my meals, I thank every individual involved in preparing that meal. That gives immense amount of peace. And also I've been taking my time out after waking up too. It just came automatically. The clothing thing also makes sense. From now onwards, I'm going to start journaling on a regular basis . I've wanted to do so for a long time , but procrastinated always. This time I'll make sure that I do this without any delay . Lastly, thank you Drishti Di for this amazing video. ❤

I write a note on my bad days & in this note I talk to myself that what actually bad is happening in my life and I end this note with a positive note that from now onwards you are going to live your life fully. I actually started this year with a habit of journaling which i was consistent in for like 2 months but due to hectic busy schedule i slowly started to increase the gap between the days of journaling because things were not falling on the right place and writing about it would have been even harder, atleast that's what i thought but now i realize how wrong i was i shouldn't have done that cause writing actually takes away the burden that we have on ourselves, thanks Miss Drishti for this video and now that i have realized it i will give it a try again and try to be consistent in it.

main journalling pichle 3 saal se regular kar rahi hu. and maine recently apna face clean karna shuru kiya hai raat k sone se pehle jisse ki mujhe ab acne nahi hote hai. and main khud ke sath 1 hour daily spend karti hu without holding phone or laptop and i notice all the thoughts and emotions in my body which helps me in releasing all my self sabotaging beliefs.
Affirmations really do work😊...i follow Leeor Alexandra's affirmations... after doing affirmations you will feel a sense positivety and lite like a stone is lifted up😌...they change your energy and your own vibe starts to feel lighter and gradually your mindset changes and you can manifest your dreams using it bcoz i have one❤

I love doing art and I paint to feel good to heal my inner pain I scribble down my thoughts on paper in form of sketches and I also cry to feel light whenever my heart feels heavy and also I try to find answer of why I am feeling bad or angry about something while being in solitude Btw love your videos keep going di❤
Few months back i started writing gratitude journal but couldn't feel it really....i just wrote for the sake of writing...so i left writing gratitude....but still somewhere i wanted feel gratitude and not take things for granted...as the saying chaa hai to rahaa hai😌...i found my solution...i saw ca neha dutta's video on gratitude in which she talked about the poor people and how they even don't have the basics and we have after that slowly gratitude became my lifestyle ✌️and from that point i manifested my dreams🎉 and become optimistic about life❤
I meditate, do pranayam, walking and some streching all of it in the morning... It gives so much positive energy to my mind and body... I'm enjoying your videos as it's about self love and self care which is THE most important things in our lives today.

I like to do anything that makes makes me feel good one of such activities is to go out in nature and just sit or take a walk and I like to read books which is something I try to do daily so it's one of my favorite things and brushing my teeth twice a day is something I like to do!
i am just a middle school student at an iit school, i barely get any time for myself , my family, for watching anything etc i wake up at about 4 30 to study... even tho i know that im not giving myself to time to do anything or even think at all peacefully i am unable to do anything about it. i require a phone for multiple study materials but i get deviated and start scrolling on ig or yt shorts i put multiple time limits etc but i constantly keep scrolling without noticing my surroundings. seeing your videos really calms me down as the vibe is just so peaceful! i am not able to process anything that happens around me and grow...

Every night before go to sleep i write my tomorrow's study schedule, and some time write affirmations and letter to Lord Krishna and gratitude also. I follow a skincare routine every day, and try to focused, consistent and disciplined throughout the day but it not may happened the exact day i want because of using phone, thinking about useless matters and peoples, daydreaming and procrastination but i tried hard to be my better version and staying positive in every situation. hello drishti dee.. meri 2 year saal ki aadat hai ki me roz raat ko khud se baate karti hu pen aur papar ke though and it help me a lot aab me hamesha clam rahti hu ,irritation kaam ho gayi and aur bhi bahut benefit mile .. abhi me iit jee ki prep kar rahi hu... i have started this when i was in 10th.. and also your video are really very qualitative and helpful..😍😍
I like to do anything that makes makes me feel good one of such activities is to go out in nature and just sit or take a walk and I like to read books which is something I try to do daily so it's one of my favorite things and brushing my teeth twice a day is something I like to do!
i am just a middle school student at an iit school, i barely get any time for myself , my family, for watching anything etc i wake up at about 4 30 to study... even tho i know that im not giving myself to time to do anything or even think at all peacefully i am unable to do anything about it. i require a phone for multiple study materials but i get deviated and start scrolling on ig or yt shorts i put multiple time limits etc but i constantly keep scrolling without noticing my surroundings. seeing your videos really calms me down as the vibe is just so peaceful! i am not able to process anything that happens around me and grow...
Things I do for myself:

4. Travel journal scrapbook
5. Painting

I do a gratitude prayer drink a water ...after that i attend the mass ...and some exercise to feel energetic all throughout the day
Every night before go to sleep i write my tomorrow's study schedule, and some time write affirmations and letter to Lord Krishna and gratitude also. I follow a skincare routine every day, and try to focused, consistent and disciplined throughout the day but it not may happened the exact day i want because of using phone, thinking about useless matters and peoples, daydreaming and procrastination but i tried hard to be my better version and staying positive in every situation. Your videos are really very helpful for me and i am always waiting for your next video. Love from your little fan( btw i am 16 now😜) ❤
