My favourite moment was when everyone was screaming and fighting and it cuts to Geoff just farming
The entire Sky Factory World could get hit by a meteor and Simple Farmer Geoff would still be tending to his chicks without a care in the world.

the wither invasion in the last episode (298~?) basically was the same thing, and Geoff got mad that a stray wither skull killed some flint chickens.
