I love the shooting star. When paired with the spirit driver and face puncher, every pellet spawns a projectile and nukes the target. I got every element of the shooting star and use accordingly
It slightly surprised me that 'Skeet Surfin'' is in fact an original song (or at least an original parody of like 10 different existing songs) from Top Secret, but it really shouldn't have. I am quite firm in my assessment that Top Secret! is the funniest film ever made, and I rarely consider any chance to reference it or to grin at it being referenced to be wasted. QOTD: I have exactly once, and the only reason I remember it is because I was playing through the game with a friend of mine, and I got a really, really good purple Maliwan fire SMG from a chest in Frostburn Canyon. I joked to him 'Don't worry, we'll just go get you the Hellfire.' For the hell of it, we went and killed Scorch and sure enough... Hellfire drop.
Hey K6, love the content, I look forward to watching your videos every day, but I have a request. I usually watch these videos towards the end of my day with my husband over dinner, and he throughly enjoys it when you use the phrase “cats wearing birthday hats” when getting a new character look and name, but unfortunately it seems to have been missing from a few videos as of late. Both him and myself would absolutely love if you’d bring it back :)
I did get the Hellfire to drop on my normal mode playthrough on my first or second kill. I kept farming after that though and didn’t get it again after like 30-40 minutes of kills haha. Makes sense to me now after hearing other people having issues with it 👍
Well after all the "throw your next legendary off a cliff" wasn't enough, he does this. K6 your amazing for doing this to yourself. Not only have you been able to keep playing bl3 but then you do a whole playthrough torturing yourself for us.
Yes I've gotten the hellfire to drop on normal mode, I used a fire weapon and killed jabber magwa on the platform he walks (don't multiply him) then rins and repeat till you get it
after the brief powder detour the shoddy did a little work.... QOTD the hellfire sucks, and no I've never gotten to drop on the normal story missions. Thanks K6!
I believe I got it to drop literally *once* about a couple weeks or so after launch. I can’t verify because 1, the weapons dogshit and 2, that was almost 5 years ago. Holy hell it’s almost been 5 years.

I think because you’re playing as Amara you should definitely use the complex root, as a)brilliant weapon and b) you’re going to annihilate yourself every shot with splash damage
Not the answer to your question but in "my luckiest playthrough ever", I got a maggie at level 2 from a chubby skag, and TWO BOOM SICKLES at level 36 and 46. It was my first Moze. I will probably brag about that till the end of time.
Don't think I've tried for a hellfire in normal but have a bunch for 72. I like that gun mostly because status effects are fun but it is pretty nice to shoot as well

I've beaten BL3 Once... with Moze... didn't even do most of the DLCs... yet. ---- Really wish I could fine 3 other Streamers/RUclipsrs to form a little team as most games require about 4 players.
As far as i know, ive gotten the Hellfire (i grinded all Legendary weapons) on normal mode. didnt even know that its only acquirable when Jabbermogwai gets killed with fire damage...
I'm kind of doing this playthrough myself. I haven't played a lot of BL3 and I have no idea what gear is good or bad. From watching your videos I know that just because it is a legendary doesn't mean it'll do squat. I have found fun things like a green-rarity level 12 double nuke grenade that easily outperforms a level 16 legendary that does something weird.
There seems to be lots of close calls First time money was used on a Linoge 7:10 what people see in the mirror when they say DONK 3 times in a unlit restroom there was not enough sucking this time
ASMD doesn't suck early on. While its primary mode (orb) is a bad attempt at The Lob Lite, when you aim down the sight it switches to the bolt mode, which has both good speed and damage.
@@Ki11ersix I've seen it once or twice doing platinum trophy. Can't tho remember where. So many guns to use. I think I might mixed up with Hell walker and hellfire. Tho I remember first reaction when my first legendary was Hell walker and I went like that's super shotgun from Doom. I enjoy my BBQ extra crispy with little rock salt medium roast.
QOTD: I've gotten the Hellfire to drop but after one use it went right back on the ground were it belongs. Has NO business being anything other than an Maliwan SMG. Also I'm gonna start a This playthrough F'n Sucks and make it a 1 life to see how far I get with 💩 guns and gear.

I'm only slightly joking with this idea, but I feel like if a gun, grenade or shield has been able to get you out of Fight For Your Life, then clearly that gun, grenade or shield is too good and must no longer be used or be sold / discarded, right?
I’m sure you probably already know this by know as you have been playing with it but with the shooting star you have to melee them while your shield is broken.
Can anyone answer this question for me? Why do my Vault Card keys keep disappearing on my game? I’ve been trying to get one of the guns on the top row, but whenever I get keys they just disappear on me.
the icons have been broken on the latest update, you might be getting eridium and it shows the keys instead, it also sometimes shows diamond keys but they are actually normal, just wrong icon

You havnt felt pain until you've done *true* melee Amara. Crit doesnt exist and range for certain bosses? Nope.

Legitimately gotten like, four hellfires before I even beat the game. It was very surreal to hear other people couldn't get them to drop.

He has a 30% chance to drop one of his Legendary items. He has 3 items in his pool. Making each item a 10% drop chance. Just gotta farm him

Normal mode with Mayhem on is identical to TVHM with Mayhem so that’s kinda expected really
