    Nice Job Between Sio vide and slow smoking refrigerated then sliced, Im sure texture ,flavor were wonderful. This is definitely something I want to do.

    Great video, done something similar today, before watching this video, I sure will try this technique next time. Mine was ok, a bit salty though.

      store bought corned beef really needs to sit in cold water for a couple hours to try and leech some of the salt out.. they really do use too much in processed corned beef for sure.

      it was not overly slaty as I soaked them in plain water for awhile to remove some of the salt
