It is a big lie that Karnataka is providing 10 kg rice to poor,it is 5 kg of central government govt only and since they were unable to purchase rice at Rs 34 per kg anywhere in india they opted to trf Rs 170/- which is a paltry amount for purchase of rice!

PM Modi is not targeting Muslims, as such. He is highlighting the utterances and actions of Congress since Independence in 1947, which was always to scare Indian Muslims and get them to vote for them. When doing that, to make everyone understand what he is talking about and who the parties involved are, he is mentioning Congress and Muslims together. As simple as that.
