No see brother konami never deletes the konami id, they deletes the efootball account connected to the konami id. That is they have removed your efootball data. Because its more then 6 month now before the efootball update was launched

Secondly before doing data transfer try just go on google and type konami login and try login with your konami id if ut is working fine then do data transfer.
