I hope we get a decent amount of young Lady Danbury, because she is iconic. I don’t think I saw a young Lady Bridgerton, because it seems like she’s significantly younger than the queen. But they do have present day Lady B, so I think she’ll at least be in it a little

Charlotte is already a royal from Germany. Royals only marry royals or close to it. There is no poor serving wench becoming queen. She is 17 when she marries George. She doesn't meet him until their wedding day. His mother is very controlling. She has spies all around, she undermines Charlotte at every turn. This will add real drama to the show. They did not love each other when they married but came to love each other very much. George was 29 when he first had mental episodes. He would come out of them but return to them. It is very sad. They had fifteen children and only lost two in childhood. Most of them either neither married or had one child or had no children. When George had a really bad episode, it scared Charlotte so much that she didn't want to see him. But she loved him very much. His son tried to have him declared insane so he could rule, FOR MONEY. She fought her son and there may have been a rumor that she would rule. But she and son reconciled and became really close in the later years. Read about her. It is very enlightening. This show is in the present looking back. I am excited about watching it as Season 3 will not be out until maybe late summer.
I think this is a fanfic of the real King George and Queen Charlotte, so there will be some scene that really happened in real life, just like in the first teaser, the real Queen Charlotte married the King just after hours of arriving in London... they had no courting went straight to the wedding... that is why on the teaser Queen Charlotte was trying to escape because she had no idea what King George looks like.
Ooh interesting!! I know nothing about King George and Queen Charlotte 😂 I wonder how much real history they will keep and what they will change for the sake of the show!

They never courted in real life. She travel to the UK from Germany straight to their wedding. The first time she ever met him was on their wedding day and she didn't even speak English. But that's historically.
Also, I think I saw somewhere that they were making some changes to the plot and everything that they had come up with for S3, so I think it’s going to be a bit longer unfortunately

Yes, but a lot of “historical” shows don’t keep true to what actually happened in history! When I said she was added for the show, I mean she was never a character in the books and they added her for more plot in the show.

@@missydonald6381 because that’s not how it was in the books, nor in 1800 England. And the bridgerton series was a “historical romance “ NOT a fantasy series where dukes and duchess were asians and africans 🤷🏼♀️
@@selenacasper5691 Exactly it’s fiction not real so it doesn’t matter what race the characters are. Aside from Queen Charlotte who actually was mixed with black, but the real question is why does that trigger you so much ?🤔
