MOUSSAKA
1 kg minced meat
1 kg. potatoes
1 onion
3 or 4 carrots
can (400 ml) of peeled tomatoes
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
savory
For topping
3 eggs
400 ml of yogurt
pinch of salt
2 tbsp. flour
a pinch of bicarbonate of soda
