    Have you ever played with putting a rib or rim before it gets back to the big part with all the stresss. Just curious how it would react

    Hello thanks for the video, but could u please elaborate more about how constraints work? So i have a shaft that is not uniform in diameter, on one end its connected to a couple that transmit rotation from gearbox, and on the other end its connected to a bearing, and moment is applied along the shaft going againts the direction of the motor rotation. To simulate this, how do i put the constraint? Thank you very much

      The trick is just to constrain it at the coupling point and then apply the moment where the shaft is resisted by the load.
      That is the easiest way.
