The thing about Home Free is, no matter what cover they do, they NEVER disrespect the original hit. They will put their own spin on a song, using their voices only style, yet always preserve the character of the song they are doing.
These guys are just the best. That was such a great cover of Garth Brooks' song. What a fun & fast energy song. You can't help but jam along with it. The guys all did a great job & Adam was fabulous with his harmonica sounds & vocal percussion. What sets Home Free apart from the other a cappella groups is that they can replicate all their songs just as good live & Tim can hit the low bass notes consistently.
It's one thing to do this in the studio... I saw them do it LIVE, only their second live performance of this song. Perfect, no errors. Amazing concert, so much fun.
I ❤️❤️❤️ when the guys all get a chance to shine--and a complete bonus when Adam goes off like that!! (The fact he isn't playing an actual harmonica is SO much clearer here than on the Man of Constant Sorrow video ❣️🎼🥰🎶❤️)
