    probably a great video but couldn't help but be distracted by the utter lack of diversity... commanders = old white men, a handful of white women are allowed but only they make the mistakes...

      It’s probably better they hire people who are in charge of resolving a life or death incident on their training and experience than the colour of their skin

      I think the point she is trying to make is that POC are not given the same opportunities within these emergency services to work in roles such as an incident commander. In fact, in London Ambulance Service BAME staff only make up 11% of the total service yet they respond to the most diverse population within the UK. I find it hard to believe your ignorant mind can wrap your head around the injustices of ethnic minorities when you yourself have never been subjected to discrimination based on the color of your skin. Thanks for coming to my ted talk.

      I can tell you didn’t listen in University lecturers, too busy looking at a persons skin than listening to what they were saying 🤦🏽‍♂️💀💀 funnily enough that’s exactly what racism is.
