John 14vs27. This is a peace i can hold on to. It’s like a tree that cant be moved by floods even when the torrents are washing everything away, I can hold on to it and God can rescue me from there.

Without prayer i have no power to fight, conquer and overcome. Many things i battle with i am not praying for or against them.

36:14 I must find the source of a problem before looking for a solution. I must look for the breaking point - where did it start to grow wrong- and look for the solution after that so that history doesnt repeat itself. It may be when we stopped praying or when we started neglecting the important relationships. I always need to look back to learn from my mistakes. We learn best from our mistakes. God has given me capacity to learn from my mistakes that's why Jesus never rejected people on account of their mistakes, since we all make mistakes. Have i learned from my mistakes and the corrections i need to make? Can i write them down and share them with the correct people? Do self reflection.. ask questions that lead me to a mirror to mirror myself. God says mess up and learn from that mess. If you haven't made mistakes you haven't grown. If you realise that you dont know as much or what you thought you knew, you grow.
46:58 sadness is not permitted by the Holy Spirit. He needs a free heart and spirit to operate. When I am sad, I am out of God and can’t see anything from God or make a good decision. Release yourself from offence and sadness, forgive and forget you can pray with the pain but not with sadness and offence and anger.
