Awesome video. I love the chill, no nonsense vibe. Whenever I need (or want, let's be hones) a new appliance, I first check if Philips makes it. I have yet to be disappointed.
I bought a Face OneBlade from a super markets thief on the street for half price ( £15) but since 5 years ago I bought it have not used it yet. This video reminded me of that hidden treasure!.
@@SikanderG some guys who steal from super markets and shops and as are desperate for cash sell the stolen stuff for a fraction of the price tag!. Some of them even accept orders about what to steal!!.
@@SikanderGhe means a gentleman who stole it from the grocery store stopped him in the street and offered to sell it to him for £15, which he accepted.
Man I was so excited to do a bit of facial redecorating with the OneBlade I just bought, unfortunately I very unevenly trimmed my beard and had to do a full clean shave. Is this because I applied too much pressure? I’m pretty disappointed as I rely on my facial hair to hide both of my chins and bring definition to my nonexistent jawline. 15 minutes ago I looked like a man, now I sorta just look like a lesbian.
I’m starting to notice that especially on the short part of the guard. If I apply too much pressure it will shave down further than what I want. I haven’t really noticed it for longer lengths though
As others have said, great review and I appreciate the video of you actually using it. It got me thinking that you can only do detailed reviews as frequently as your it takes your beard to grow back! 😂
Show me any other razor that gets this close and can go sideways over your lips without cutting you, I've been using one for about a year never going back
A trimmer like the Beardscape or any normal trimmer would work better for cleaning up the borders. This oneblade works okay for that but it’s not as good as a normal trimmer
How close are you getting in comparison to a normal razor blade? I appreciate it won’t be the same but just wondering how close? I shave with a normal razor blade and it’s that irritated I always feel like I have a shaving shadow/burn which looks terrible.
Only downside with the OneBlade is that you cant flip the blade, it is not symetrical. If the Pull-side (most people are "pullers") is through pretty fast while the Push-side is still good, then you have to get a new blade or you use the old one using the upper edge only via pushing.
How does it work to make a full shave with hard beard? With Braun I could achieve a perfect result taking some time and passing many times on the same spot due to different beard directions. Is this good enough?
If I shave my face clean 2 times a week and my body once a week, how long will the blade last? I know that everyone says 4 months, but I want to know if this figure will definitely not be less. Because the price of replacement blades is quite high. Now I use disposable razors and I'm thinking of switching to either a philips oneblade or a gillette fusion5 proglide. The only question is what will be more economical.
On the package for the oneblade it does say that it's recommended to shave 2 times a week so it would make sense if there 4 month model was based off 2 times a week. Shaving your body would probably lower some time but I think it's worth it.
The fact that you don’t get irritation with this thing, and it practically shaves, it’s worth the price of the blades. As long as you’re not an animal, I’m sure it will last you 4 months.
Maybe I just have fast growing thick hairs, but when I use a regular safety razor, even with proper technique and multiple passes, I get the same exact shave as I do with the OneBlade. Except when I use a razor, I get tons of irritation.
I was thinking to buy Philips or Panasonic but problem is i will have to pay more for Panasonic Arc 5 from Amazon because I don't have it in my country, also many foil shavers can cause irritation and razor bumps so i think Philips one blade is good choice.
I think it’s great. I use it like once a week with the 2.5 length setting to leave some stubble. Probably won’t be switching to anything else for a while
You should try safety razors, bro. Way better than "normal" cartridge razors and shave gels. Get some shave soap and a shaving brush and use a safety razor. The best way for a man to shave.
I just bought one the QP2724 or whatever (it's now packaged for return to Target). The written instructions are extremely disorganized. For my purposes of assembling the guard over the blade (which inexplicably are not sold assembled) there is nothing competent in the written instructions, nothing on the website, and nothing in 3 RUclips videos sent me by Philips to show my the assembly. I wasted .45 hour with trying to get, reviewing, using, and being failed by help (BTW the 1st call was dropped). AVOID THIS PRODUCT AND MANUFACTURER!
this is how a review should look, short and straight to the point. you sir should be a top influencer here.
Great review - really appreciate the raw shaving and trimming footage included!
Glad it was helpful!
I got a pro for my birthday and i just looked up the reviews before i open it, and now im excited! My beard is really important to me
I hope you’re liking it!
Quite opposite you I don’t give a damn to my beard and that’s why I shave it everyday!
Such a high quality review.
Thank you!

Super solid review. Love that you werent too sales pitchy. I trust what you are saying.
Little music in the bg, man shirtless shaving himself and inspecting his handy work, my 3:09am video findings are all over the place.

That's because the one blade shaves to 0.1mm a standard beard trimmer is between 0.5-0.9mm
XD
awesome review and very well done
Thank you!
Goated at reviewing

Very good review. Thank you.

deos it work well on the body, sensitive areas ?

GREAT REVIEW!!!!

Question is, is it also good for pubic hair?
What´s best for trimming and or shaving down there?
Is it safe to shave at sensitive area’s?
Very good and honest, concise Review 👍👍👍👍🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
I got 2 questions how do I sanitize it & also do I need to sanitize it?
Has anyone with a skin tag tried using this? Curious if it would cut it, or be like a foil shaver and not.
Hi. Is this mod the newest one 2023? Great video 😃👍
How is it on stubble beard
Works great for stubble beard. I usually like leaving some stubble and I can basically get any length I want without it tugging or hurting me
Can you shower with it and do your legs and armpit ? Water wont go into the charging piece or so
Can you also use the old phillips shaving head replacing on the one blade 360
Yeah it’s water resistant so it’ll be fine in the shower
I never tried the old shaving head so not sure
If you have sensitive skin would you recommend using shaving cream with it? And can you use the comb attachment with shaving cream?
I don’t know if it’ll be fine with sensitive skin but it does work well with shaving cream, with or without the comb
@@kennynunezthanks!
Is this the best option to keep the borders of the beard tidy and fresh ?

It’s very very close. I’m not sure how to describe it. I think it is worth getting this to get rid of razor burn
Does it work while is charging?
Thx
Just tried it now. Mine does not turn on when it’s charging. I assumed it would but it doesn’t

Wouldnt a foil shaver be better?
It depends because some foil shaver like Andis are very bad for sensitive skin. I think best foil haver is Panasonic Arc 5

@@NiqHowieIs it safe to share sensitive areas?
which one gives the closest trim Brio Vs Oneblade ?
I believe they both can trim down to 0.2mm. The brio needs the zero blade to get it that low but any oneblade can go that low
do you also use this for the balls and groin area? if not, what do you use?
I’m using the oneblade for my face, manscaped for the groin since I already have it, and a Gillette razor for the balls
I have seen they have special adjustment for the balls, just try it.
I tried with normal adjustment and is fine

Bout time tgey come up with a shaver for us blokes who got thick hair
Perfect electric razor in my opinion
its a shaver but competes with razors

It is a shitty product. Overcomplicated and poor design. If you want to shave ... ok, but trimming is just insufficient and not powerful at all.
