Yeah. I think Season 4 was probably tougher to go through, and probably when his feelings changed. Once the love is gone it’s tough to get it back.

He left because of his music career. Not because it felt like a job. The season before he left he was only in like 4 episodes. So indirectly, yes he left community cause it felt like a job. But it’s because he was way more dedicated to his music career that was taking off.
