I've been learning this in my footwork class. Good tutorial and pretty much how we are learning it in class. I always call this move the Cuban Crip Walk

First time seeing it taught using 4 counts all with the same leg @13:50. I do pachangas a lot but it never occurred to me that you could even do single leg pachangas 👍🏻
I like to break things apart and then build them back as my students are able to handle them.

Such a good video, so few views - why? Maybe it's the character between PACHANGA and BASIC which fools the search function. Could be more focused on the feet and exclude the overhead fan. Best one I've seen so far (and there are many which just appear to want to show off how good they are). Thanks

La clase está bien... Pero la camara te corta los pies y la maceta con la planta queda muy bonita en la decoración, pero tapa tu imagen en el espejo... Como cubana que soy valoro mucho los juegos de pies que son muy caracteristicos de la Pachanga, lamentablemente por la cámara que te corta parte de los pies y la maceta con la planta que no se ve, por estos dos detalles le resta cálidad a la clase...
The class is good... bat the camera cuts your feet and the potted plant doesn't let you see the image in the mirror. So some of the footwork can't be seen well. I'm sorry but my english is not very good

Does it go solo, mixed with Cuban salsa? You taught me these basic steps in three days. But not full speed yet. Thank you werry much.

The Pachanga steps that I've taught in this video are usually danced solo, however one could hold the partner in some manner with space enough to not affect the partner. As for the style of Salsa (Cuban/cross-body) I would dance Pachanga based on the music elements, for example is there a prominent cowbell (la campana) sound.
