Diantara semua cerita box drama, ini yang saya rasa paling bagus😊 Sangat menyentuh dan tidak terlalu banyak drama. Tidak banyak omong kosong atau buli bulian yang memuakkan. Iya Hampir semua berjalan dengan memuaskan..ditambah pemerannya pun sangat cocok, dan sungguh seperti bukan film biasa, tp ini sudah seperti film layar lebar yang menggunakan pemain artis andalan.!! Hebat.!!😊
I believe he gave her his heart and he received the donor heart that was coming afterwards to show his true love to her. He sacrifice his life for hers and going to this place will the probably be almost the ending of part 2, the wish will come true for there daughters wish with the ribbon she wrote. Then they got remarried and live a happy life together. Unless she sees his ghost and he is truly dead with his heart in her body then the show leaves us with a cliffhanger. As he is always with her with his heart, unless someone told him that she would be there and he shows up to surprise her and see his true love for her. Can’t wait for part 2 of the season I have looking all over the internet for this future release date.
I cry for the child, i cried for the ML, i cried for the FL...this movie is straight out sad...after reading the comment i still watch it but it a movie that i watch it only once 😅 i honestly think this movie is unfair to both of them....

For me it is not a sad ending. It is an open ending. He was alive and could not donate his heart. Nobody can ask to be killed and his heart is given to another person. That exists nowhere in the world. So the heart given to her was not his. It was the one of another already "dead" person. In the end her heart reacts to something and she sees a silhouette and a man turning his face to her. Maybe it is him maybe it is not him but at least they are both alive and knowing the truth of what happened.

I watched one where a little girl's heart was transplanted into a boy, then when he had a medical emergency, the heart was then transplanted into another little girl. So if the guy donated his heart to his true love...yeah. ☮✌

No doctor can accept to do that at least in my country. It is unlawful. They try to save lives but they do not play with lives. Beware the ending. SYNOPSIS - SPOILER ALERT!!! ML has a pure Yang body that is poisoned. The only cure for this poison is to have sex with a woman with a pure Yin body. ML knows that a woman with a peach blossom birth mark on her waist is the one he need. So over the years he has personally examined numerous women but hasn’t found her yet. If he is unable to, he won’t exceed the age of 30. One day while driving in the countryside, he almost runs down a young woman (FL) and crashes. When he wakes up in her home, he happens to see a peach blossom birth mark on her waist and since he has a poison-attack, he kisses her against her will and is kicked out by her. Soon the two of them are entangled as ML first secretly supports her going to college and later forces her into an unwanted marriage.
