Nah it doesn't this actually happened to me when i though after i pick a twin i can roam the world freely now until AR 13 i started to be suspicious if there are story quests when i searched genshin quests i finally realized it

@@ProPPlayer never mind he couldn’t have interacted with the statues to get them without getting the element I have tried it’s part of the game. A bunch of the enemies can only be defeated using the anemo burst of the main character too
@ProPPlayer you need to activate the first some to continue the game so this is completely bs he would have to need a mod j order to skip getting the element the first stage after that it's quiet easy to void it cause it ask if you want to resonate with the I used to try to break myths of every game and this was the first one I tried. I went to a different statue, and it still gave me the power. I tried just not activating it. It wouldn't give me any quest, ect. I won't agrue either he's either modding his game or edited to make it look like he has no element
