this is really vulnerable lol but this is what i've been thinking about recently. and i'm sure all of you have struggled a lot, especially through these winter months. i'm always here if you want to reach out, and remember, people love you. so don't find ways to disprove that love xx

i've realised i was not prioritising myself, letting myself be emotionally and mentally drained by putting others first before my own. let them. you are not responsible for their emotions, reactions, mental and emotional wellbeing. at the end of the day, you are with yourself until the very end. so make sure you love yourself just as much as you would love others. take a step back, and see the situation as it truly is, not what you want it to be.
