The skilled players seem to lose ability to curve with upgrades.......for eg. My composer could curve more in lv7 than lv 8.....seems didn't worth the upgrade. 😢
It shouldn't work like that. With more level, some players gain skill which will help you curve better in certain situations

352 with hammer army
You can use a 5-3-2 to cover the flanks well, or any 4-defender formation and score quicker than your opponent 😉
